This is the 2nd time I hired Semper Fi Landscaping. The first time Fritz Kahler delivered good service, the 2nd time I contracted his services he did not complete the job. I stupidly gave him an advance on the work to be done. Fritz only cut the lawn and did a tenth of the bed work, no mulch, no power raking. He never returned and continually lied to me about completing the work and then lying about a refund. He used marital issues, covid, business partner problems all as excuses. He said numerous times which are documented via text messages that he would refund my money. I have subsequently had another more trustworthy landscaper complete the work. Semper Fi ( Fritz Kahler) owes me a $400 refund. Now I am going through small claims with him. DO NOT HIRE THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!!!! HE IN NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

CONTACTED HIM AFTER WINTER PASSED ON MARCH 25TH AND HE BARELY EVER REPLIES. WHEN HE DOES HE SAYS I WILL GET DONE LIKE I SAID THEN GOES MIA IGNORING CALLS & TEXTS FOR WEEKS. WHEN YOU GET BIG WITH HIM HE SAYS HE'S A MAN OF HIS WORD, BUT CLEARLY IS NOT. SO MUCH FOR THE MARINE CODE. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. I COULD POST SCREENSHOTS AND CALL LOGS TO HIM UNANSWERED OR ANSWERED IN A ARROGANT WAY I WOULD, BUT THATS WHAT GOOGLE IS FOR. DO NOT GIVE WORK TO SEMPRE FI!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF RELIABLE LANDSCAPERS IN THIS AREA. CHRIS & SEMPRE FI ARE A JOKE!!!

He showed up right after the storm, says he only plows and wont use a blower or shovel and leaves me stranded even though he had a snow blower in the back of his truck! He should have been clear about that when making the appointment because on Long Island not all of have plowable drive ways. He was curt as he was leaving and I don't recommend using his services.

"I just wanted to write back letting you know that all of this information is incorrect. You read my ad wrong I said nothing about snowblowing I have a snow plow on my truck and in the bed of my truck was a salt spreader not a snowblower I apologize you read my ad wrong but that is not my fault and my snow plow would not fit in your driveway. I am a US Marine if you look on my website and everywhere all my reviews are 100% I have never once in my life done a client wrong and that shows in my work and by what people said. You had read my ad incorrectly and in you doing that you blamed me. Once again there was not a snowblower in my truck it was a salt spreader When I pulled up you had told me my Ed said snowblowing if you look at my ad which I have not changed once the word snowblowing is nowhere in the ad. For that I apologize. But please do not take it out on me"
