As of Feb 27 2025 the only thing I have received from Gillespie was a bill and reminder when I didn't pay within days. I contacted the DOH who said they haven't received or heard anything since June 2024 and NO APPLICATION was ever submitted. Very unprofessional. Won't answer emails, rarely calls back."
