I have used this company for years. The staff is extremely courteous, punctual and always takes care to protect floors, walls, etc. I've never had a problem with its work. They service my 2 A/C systems, two hydro air systems, a gas hot water heater, an air filter system and a dehumidifier. When I've needed to consider options (ex., replace oil burner vs. convert to gas) Steve has been very helpful in providing me with estimates and weighing pro's and con's of each option. Overall, a very reliable and professional company.

The 2 technicians, Jessie and Jorge were hard working, professional and conscientious about not damaging my newly renovated house with its refinished hardwood floors. I felt bad for them as the attic got really hot in the afternoon and they were up there for 5 days. At the end of the day, they had to drive home in a non-air conditioned box truck. Come on, Steve (the owner), an AC company without AC in the company truck? So far, the AC appears to be working fine. Of note, my old AC died when I tried using it a few weeks before the new AC was scheduled to be installed, Steve/Res Com offered to have one of their Techs come out and fix it at no charge. Also, Res-Com includes a complimentary cleaning on the system's 1 year anniversary which most other firms charge so it appears that they are really into building a lasting business relationship with customers. Update 11/09/15 - Unfortunately, over three months has passed since I spoke with their Foreman, Al on July 21st about my ceiling vents not opening and shutting properly and they have not come back to correct their installation error. They have not responded to my emails. Some contractors disappear or are not very responsive to emails after they get paid as evidenced here. Service should be constant and consistent but this has not been the case with owner Steve/Res-Com which results in lowered rating. Update: 2/11/16 I still have not heard from them and I get this email newsletter from them stating the following: Our Team At Res-Com: We take pride in our work and appreciate our loyal clients. We are here to provide you with service and keep you satisfied whether it be tune-ups, installations or those emergency phone calls 24/7! We are here to keep you comfortable. Know that you can always count on us!

They were great. The product that they gave us works perfectly. He made some great suggestions. The workers were professional and clean. They wore booties on their feet. They were respectful and their price was excellent.

WE ARE QUITE SATISFIED. I THINK THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. ONCE THEY ARE HERE THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME WERE VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
