Horace was the repair gentleman who came to my condo. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of what he was doing. I would highly recommend Horace!!!it was a pleasure working with him!

He was excellent. My son flipped the switch to turn off my heating system without me realizing it. He was very honest and flipped the switch back.

Took him 3 tries to replace the furnace blower: -1st time forgot a gasket -2nd time a cover (left on old blower) was missing so had to redo it again. 3rd time was the charm Overall, when compared with other providers, it is quite average. Next time I will do it on my own with the help of youtube. No labor. I can do a better job myself (but it would take me longer, which is OK by me).

Service professional is very unprofessional he does not communicate he never did the job and cost us to pay someone else to do the job we already had paid him to do

Harris the person fixing was highly disrespectful. He thinks brown people and women are stupid. He made racist remarks, could not fix the job, wasted our time 2-3 days, took $695, and no improvement was made. This guy is a fraud. Highly highly not recommend. I feel angry at homeadvisor also for keeping such firms and people on their roster.

I called Horace yesterday, a hot Sunday, after my central A/C became noisy and stopped running. He returned my called within 2 hours and set up an appointment for the following day. That, in itself, was a big calming help. He came today, listening to my details, diagnosed and changed 2 components and had the unit back up and running properly within 15 minutes. Horace is a gentleman who knows his craft well and we will certainly call him for HVAC issues from now on

Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My AC was not working. In doing a search for a company, Horace called me right away after getting the alert from Home Advisor. They were at my door within an hour after speaking with him. Turned out the unit just needed freon. I will definitely be using them again. Very reasonably priced.

Horace diagnosed the location of a leak and helped us to avoid doing the wrong repair on our AC system. He was on time and very efficient. We hope to work with him in the future.

Customer states service professional caused damages of $500 or more & another service professional had to be hire to fix new damages plus old work. Customer states he was very displeased with work & gives this company an overall of 2 stars.

The technician was so condescending and rude. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and he charged me $125 just to come to my house, treat me horribly and not fix anything.
