Very responsive. Good Service however a bit pricey. Wasn't expecting it to be so much but all in all everything was done very professionally and within a exceptionally reasonable amount of time. Again Horace was exceptional and because of his service I would venture to contact Ocean Air again.

Horace was efficient quickly identifying my central A/C problem and resolving it on the spot on one of the hottest days this year. Will definitely rely on him for any future HVAC issues. A true gentleman.

Prompt and professional. He called within 20 minutes of me putting in my ticket. He was at my home within 2 hours of the call, and came the next day on one of the hottest days of the year to install my central air coil.

The A/C compressor developed very loud and unusual noise. Mr. Horace Johnson from Ocean Air HVAC responded promptly to my request. He checked and tried to replace every possible part of compressor before making a suggestion to replace it. The replacement was done the next day. After a few days, he did the final tune up and it works perfectly. I was very happy with the work attitude and cost of service provided by Mr. Horace Johnson from Ocean Air HVAC.

I called Horace after another repair service told me they couldn't recharge my system, & I needed a new air handler coil. Horace was able to recharge the system & do the repair without replacing the coil.

Horace came exactly when he said he would. My AC was covered with ice. He told me he had to return after it all melted. He did come back the next day and he did fix the problems. I needed a lot of freon, so the price was a little high but i think he was very smart and he did solve the problem. He is also a really nice and kind person....who I will definitely call in the future. I highly recommend him.

Horace followed through reliably on everything he promised, and his team worked for hours in the hundred-plus degree heat in our attic to get the job done when they said they would. We are very happy with the results.

Almost immediately after contacting Home Advisor, Mr Horace Johnson called and scheduled a meeting in mid-afternoon of the same day. They arrived when scheduled and went right to the heart of the problem. Within a 30 minute time frame, my air conditioning unit was working. I was told by another company, which I had a maintenance contract, that I needed to replace my entire system. This would have been a financial nightmare.
