Good experience. Knowledgable about their product lines and helpful in determining the pluses and minuses of the different types of flooring and what we should consider. Product arrived when promised.

Do spend time discussing all of the work and specs. My hardwood floors look magnificent!

Its important to ask contractors/carpenters where they go for flooring. They know the best places. We have a carpenter installing it and will get back to you on him when he's finished.

We called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They had trouble fitting us in, and said they would call us back. We waited, called them back, and were told our file got misplaced. The appointment was finally set up for a weekday morning "before 10am". I stressed to the guy on the phone that I had to leave no later than 10:30 to get to work. He said no problem. The morning came and went, no estimate guy. A week later, I get a call from a guy saying that he's in front of my house and no one's home. They mixed up the date of the estimate. If they cant keep my basic info straight to give me an estimate, I don't want them touching my house. Maybe the job was too small for them to care enough about it, I don't know. I ended up calling another company (PG), who came when they said they would, and did beautiful work.

This company had beautiful wood flooring in so many different styles and colors. They have a lot to choose from. It was installed in my kitchen and it looks beautiful. They did it in such a timely fashion.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ADDED A NICE CUSTOM LOOK AT A MINIMAL EXTRA CHARGE. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.
