When I talked to the owner, he was very responsive and indicated he would do XYZ, but they didn't follow up. It was a bit back-and-forth and I had to initiate to get the process started. Once I got the bill, I felt the price was high for what they did. The repairs they did worked, and the quality was fine, but the other pieces in getting the work started I didn't feel so positive about.

I had a leak from the toilet in my guest room. I called Frank and Lindy first The Frank and Lindy rep said that the entire toilet had to be rebuilt for a cost of $450 or they could replace the toilet for $710. I did not think either of these were viable options because it seemed far too expensive for what needed to be done. I called Maranelli. Mr. Maranelli responded right away. He sent his technican a few days later. His technician repaired the toilet and there has not been a leak since that time. Maranelli and his team were quick and reliable. I would use them again and will refer them to all of my friends.

So far we have had 2 wonderful conversations with Billy. Our daughter also suggested we call Billy. She told us she was so pleased with the worker he sent her a few months ago. We have an appt. for them to come on Wed. Looking forward to meeting them.

excellent... roland, one of their plumbers, provided high quality service, was very courteous, and offered alternatives for a newer faucet if we want one in the future. all-in-all top notch, and I would recommend them to anyone. thank you angie, thank uoy roland, and thank you billy marinelli for the quality service that you provided. actually the work was provided on 3/7/14. ray rayburn.

Frank was promt, did a great job and is a nice guy on top of it. we defenitley will use him again if we have any plumbing issues.

My phone call was returned promptly. I explained that it was not an emergency and I was told that if someone became free during the day I would be called; if not the service would be done the next day. A couple of hours later I received a call that someone was available and shortly thereafter a very pleasant plumber arrived and quickly completed the repair. After forty years in my home I have finally found a plumber I like.

He did a very good job, was prompt and professional. I would refer him to anybody. We have not had to call them back as we have had no problems since his repair.

He was called in the 7am for a leaking shut off valve and kitchen faucet and Billy was honest and followed up on getting me into his busy schedule. Eddie showed up at about 2pm and took care of it in about half an hour. He was courteous and explained what he was doing. An honest and reputable plumber. He follows up on his callback.

The plumber arrived promptly, did the work in a timely manner and didn't make a mess of any kind. He was personable and very pleasant to work with.

FIrst of all, I discovered this water leak in my basement on Sunday morning. I called the main number and Billy returned my call on Sunday morning! He asked me to send a photo of the problem (brilliant idea) so he could figure out where the leak was coming from. Billy said he would come by that day but e also suggested that I call my town to see if they would fix the leak since the problem was with their meter... try to save me a little money. The town said they would not fix it!! Anyway, Billy came over and fixed the leak straightaway. He is very reliable and trustworthy. I would use him again as my go to plumber.

I called them and even though they were busy ,they accommodated me and were here on time. Were able to take care of the immediate problem and gave me reasonable advise on my other projects. Gave adequate suggestions for accquiring materials in a cost effective way.

Billy provided us with all of the options available to us regarding hot water heaters during our Saturday appointment. He advised us what he would do and we trusted his judgement. While on speaker phone, he called his supplier who gave the cost of a new water heater over the phone so we could hear it. Based on that, Billy provided us with a VERY FAIR quote for labor in addition to the cost of the hot water heater. He came on the scheduled day, replaced the hot water heater with the new one, bled the pipes so we did not have air in them when we got home, and removed the old hot water heater. A great experience and we will continue to call Marinelli Plumbing for any future issues.

Left a message with office and received a call the next day. Scheduled an appointment and Roland was on time, very courteous and helpful. He saw the water damage in the ceiling and checked both bathrooms above to see if there were any obvious leaks. He did not find any. He suggested I save money by opening the ceiling myself and call him back afterwards. I'm glad I did. I was able to see where the water was leaking (very slow leak) and shut off the valve. He was equally punctual on the second visit, explained the problem, fixed it quickly and answered all my questions. The office was responsive to messages and the price was very reasonable given 2 visits. I would definitely use them again. I felt Roland was very honest and not trying to make a quick buck or rush me.

This was my first experience with Angie's List after a disappointing, no show experience with another plumber not on Angie's List. Spoke to Billy about the work needed. He called promptly at 7:30 AM the next day to inform me when the plumber would arrive (after 12 noon). I appreciated this as it allowed me to run errands in the AM. At 2 PM, he called to say that he himself would come to the house as the other plumber was still involved at another job. He arrived promptly at 2:30 and fixed the leak in the shower drain, and repaired the leaks in the 2 hose bibs in an efficient, professional & friendly manner. The price was very reasonable. I also requested an estimate on replacing poorly installed copper piping in the basement by the previous owner. He gave a very decent estimate with no pressure from him to complete the work immediately. I was very satisfied with the outcome and will use this company again!!!

I was able to get a quick appointment for a time that fit my schedule. He showed up right on time and got everything fixed pretty quickly. Very professional and courteous. The valve and line was broken from the wall to the toilet, he installed new ones, checked several times that everything was working correctly and he was done. Easy and pleasant. I would use them again.

Plumber worked quickly to complete the work and connected the washing machine. A question arose about the installation and the plumber called LG before proceeding to ensure proper installation which was appreciated. We will use them in the future to replace the utility sink and for other plumbing work as needed.

I called Billy to see if he could help with a job in Mount Vernon. They do not service the area but he was very helpful in making recommendations for the work and and how I might find a good service provider that would service the area. I think this speaks to the kind of people they are. Wish I could use them
