FRANK MARINELLI PLUMBING & HEATING CO

I have used Frank before which is why I called him again. We were leaving for vacation the next day and all of a sudden I had a leaking faucet in the tub. I had no time to deal with it myself and called Frank. His man came over within a couple of hours and had it done. Always great service from this company and I consider them my plumbers. First call.

Everything went ok. Sump pump was an unexpected problem in the middle of some kitchen renovations. Caused some anxiety but everything was repaired.

As with prior service, Marinelli Plumbing was prompt and responsive. I called in the morning after our pipes were making loud banging sounds the night before throughout various parts of the house after running the washing machine, flushing a toilet, etc. The plumbers arrived at my house a few hours later as indicated. After checking the water pressure it was determined that we needed a pressure reducer valve. The plumbers left to get the part and returned promptly to install it. We attempted several times prior to and after installation to recreate the sounds in the pipes that occurred thr previous day with no success. I was advised to call back if the sound returned so that they could further assess. The head plumber had a great sense of humor and took his time to explain to me the role of the pressure reducer valve. In addition, he showed me how to adjust the temperature on our hot water heater when I asked how to adjust the temperature as the water runs very hot. The service was prompt and took care of the issue. It has been over a week now and our pipes are now silent!

Billy was very responsive in answering my call and communicating via email. He sent Roland over a couple of days after our conversation and he did a great job of fixing everything in a timely manner. Thank you, guys! I would definitely use them again.

Billy has been doing work for us for several years now. he's always reachable by phone, does his very best to get there asap if the job needs to be done soon. he really seems to care about his customers and doing a good job for them. a few times he's walked me through a problem over the phone to help me try and fix it myself. he's clearly not trying to bill as much as he possibly can. he came to give me an estimate on putting in a new outdoor spigot and gave me several good options about how to go about it. he ended up recommending the simplest, least expensive option. he's a real pro and i will definitely be calling Billy again.

Great on both occasions. They guys showed up on time, were really very nice and polite, were quick, and efficient. They also left the worksite very clean. All excellence, no drama.

Someone came the day I called to diagnose the problem. When the parts were obtained there was a return visit to do the repair. This was the second time I have used this plumber. I ended My first review by stating that "after 40 years I have finally found a plumber I like." My opinion remains the same.

I called for an emergency valve replacement due to a frozen pipe, and initially Billy told me that they would not be able to come out that day due to too many other emergencies, but then he called back and said he could squeeze me in that morning. The repairman came immediately and did the job perfectly, saving me a bunch of trouble. Since I already had the new valve, I only got charged for labor.

He's excellent. He's a very nice person and they do nice work.

The toilet auger took 30 seconds to clear the clog. Many thanks to Billy for the great instructions - I'll no doubt be calling him for other jobs in the future.

I did exactly as he instructed and fixed the shower myself. Not only did I save probably $100-$150 on the service call, I saved on the fixture that I had bought from home depot to replace the one that wasn't working. While he didn't make any money on this occasion, for sure I will call Billy Marinelli from now on when I need a plumber.

I called to get a quote for installing a new gas line. Rather than telling me upfront that they were busy and not interested in the job, they took my phone number and promised to call me back. They never called back. I hate when service providers do this and cause me to wait for a day or two thinking they are going to call. This review will remind me not to contact them again in the future.

After inspecting the project, Eddie made a quick trip for supplies and returned to finish the job in less than an hour. After he left, I noticed my bathroom faucet was leaking, which I thought may be connected somehow to the work he had done. I reported the new problem the following day and they had someone out to check it first thing the next day. Apparently dirt had somehow clogged the line causing the leak. Anyway, they didn't charge me for the second visit, which I really appreciated. I am saving money on my water bill thanks to these guys. Top notch pros.

This was a time consuming job. The plumber identified where the leak was coming from and once he did that he knew what part of the pipe had to be replaced. These are old pipes so there was no guarantee that once he replaced the defective part of the pipe that the rest of the pipes would not collapse or leak too. Once he replaced the defective piece by cutting the pipe and replacing it with a new pipe there's no leak. In fact, the boiler seems to be operating much better. It was an expensive job due to the labor involved. But I have used Frank Marinelli Plumbing for a long time and they guarantee their work. If I have a problem, they'll come back as often as needed to correct it without charging me.

Billy was the only plumber of three who actually came out to give me an estimate, and he came 15 minutes after I got him on the phone. I'm very happy with the work and customer service. I will continue to use this company for all of my plumbing needs.

I had a drain pipe that corroded through and while not an emergency, definitely urgent. I came to Angies to look for a plumber and found Marinelli. Great experience from the beginning. Billy was very responsive and thorough even on the phone. Suggested I have my drains cleaned first which was a great idea. He was able to send over one of his men within a few days and replaced the pipe. Great job.

I had a bad leak in my basement. I emailed Billy asking if he could come help; he responded right away. Based on what I shared, he said I was better off using another service, and he included their contact information. His recommendation was spot on and appreciated.

Called a few people on Angie's List. Frank answered the phone and was very courteous and willing to find a time that worked even though I was trying to get in at the last minute. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly and cost-effectively. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Billy and having our new water heater installed. He was very personable and seemed to be an honest guy. He was even nice enough to tell us how we could fix our leaky shower on our own without having to pay for him to come do it. Our water heater was a little more expensive because we needed a power vented heater rather than just your standard. He also replaced our old sump pump and fixed the leak on the pvc pipe. After getting quotes from other plumbers, his price was the best and his quality of work was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Got here quickly, did a professional job, and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom faucets were leaking. I called and made appointment and came on time. No complains. The service man was nice.

I called Monday morning. I was told serviceman would be by late Tuesday morning. He arrived early Tuesday afternoon. He did the work quickly and well. There is no longer any leak. The faucet works better than it did before.

Originally we were told by another plumber that the entire faucet would have to be replaced. During my first conversation with Billy he asked me a series of questions about the shower and asked me to send him a picture of the faucet. He immediately called me back to say that he thought the faucet could be repaired, that he had the parts and he would send someone the next day. He also told me that the part was expensive - $60 to $100 depending on the size of the part to be used. Billy said he would call this morning between 7:30 and 8:00 to let me know if he could get someone here today. This morning he called at 7:30 and said someone would be here this afternoon. The shower was fixed within a half hour of his man's arrival! The cost for labor and the part was reasonable.
