It took two phone calls over more than a week to get a sales rep to call me back. Once I spoke to him and set up an appointment, he showed up when he was supposed to. He said I would have the estimate by the next morning but it was 4 days and an e-mail to him before I got it. He was the lowest bidder by far and seemed to know how the job should be done, unlike other contractors who explained to me what I know are incorrect methods for installing the insulation, and in one case with the wrong insulation for the job. I asked for insurance certificates prior to start of job, which they did provide. Two guys showed up on the morning of the install. One delivered the materials, the other installed. They broke a track light fixture while bringing the insulation through the house. Installer was done in 3 hours, whereas other contractors quoted me a day to a day and a half. However he did not remove the old materials from the crawlspace and it was another two days before I got someone to come and pick it up. I owe a balance on the job but after 3 phone calls, have not been able to get them to resolve the broken light fixture issue and take the balance payment. Bottom line: this company is frustrating to deal with and seems really disorganized. But they did a great job, with the right materials, for less than half the price of the highest bidder. So I?m still happy that I used them.
