They came within a few hours into the evening to do the work. Jack did a quick and excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Very excellent experience.

I have a service agreement with them so there is no charge for the service. It is not always the same person that comes to do the inspection, but you can request a certain person. There is no problem with cleaning up after they are done. They haven't had to do anything major.

The price is fine for what they did. Quality is so far so good. The guy they sent, he was very nice. He came in, he did his job. He did it correctly, answered some of my questions and he had a nice attitude. You know attitude is everything for me anyway. I hate working with surely people.

They were very good. They came when they said, and they did their job. It was expensive. That Freon was pretty steep. That Freon is expensive. I think it was $400. That is an expensive job. They knew what they were doing, and they did it. They got to it, and got it done. Improvements on that visit, nothing really. I have no experience in Freon gas, so I would say average price. It doesn't happen that often that you have to replace the Freon. That is the first time I had to do it. They have a very good reputation. They were good in responsiveness. They came on time. They were good in professionalism.

They spent over an hour with two different detectors trying to find a leak. Diagnosis was that the leak was from the charging ports. They attempted to replace the valves but apparently the previous contractor had overtightented them making it impossible to remove without releasing the remaining refrigerant. They also found that the previous contractor had used cheap covers on the charging ports which did not have rubber seals (allowing refrigerant to leak over time). Recharged with 2 pounds of refrigerant and has been fine since.

They are very responsive. They do a good job. They are just very expensive. One guy came out and it took a couple of hours. They are a very good organization other than the price. I have used them a couple of times. They are a very good service.

All were completed on time and as contracted. Their prices are a bit higher than some others, but that's the price you pay for consistent professional service.

It went very smoothly, on time and budget. They were also helpful when it came to applying for ConEd incentives and NYSERDA financing.

The cost of getting the estimate was over 200.00 and I knew they would charge to come but I had no idea it would be that high.

They are plumbers. They have been very good. They are expensive but they've done some emergency work for me. They came right out when they said they would and fixed it right away and took care of the problem. I didn't have water.

They don't reply back. If they're too busy to get back to people then they should hire more people to take care of the call demands coming from Angie's List. How long can it take for someone to get back. It's been probably 2-3 months ago and I still have not gotten a reply back.

I would use them again. I thought the repairman was very professional. He gave me excellent information because I am new home owner so he showed me different my gas and all of that stuff which really wasn't part of the service call.

From start to finish the project went smoothly. Doug of B&C answered all of my questions and explained the process in detail. The installation crew (Jack and Carlos) were great and true professionals. The only issue I had was with the time it took to get Con-Ed to come run the gas line from the street to the house which had nothing to do with B&C.

The second guy didn't have the correct parts, and didn't read the work order. I was very upset because he said he had to charge me again for a service fee, even though the work was already started by someone else, and I had already paid for it. He left the projected unfinished. I ended up having to contact an entirely new company to get everything fixed. I had reached out to the original company multiple times and they hadn't responded.

They did a good tune up. The workers were very professional.

The representative , claiming he had car trouble, cancelled the appointment about 20 minutes before the scheduled time, which was Friday &5:00pm. I left my office early and ended up waisting a few hours of my time as a result of the cancellation. Bruni and Campisi could have rescheduled the appointment hours before or sent a replacement person. My time is too valuable to work with a company that does not respect its customers in this way.

My experience was fine. Whenever they come, they tell me to upgrade everything, but that is a standard presentation. I like them. Each maintenance contract is about $125. They are reliable. They do what they say they are going to do and they give me a three hour window. I asked for the first visit and they give it to me. It is about half-an-hour of the earliest time. I like the staff. They are patient. They explain things when you have questions. When you get them on the phone when you have a problem, they are responsive. They have been performing the service for years. My wife selected them maybe 20 years ago. She has been dead ten years. They just continued and I have been happy with them.

came on time and the office called to tell us that he is on time took the unit apart identified the problem , had spare part that was changed since we called for a repair under the emergency service provision we needed to pay 240.00 dollar for the expedited service upfront plus Time and material charges unit is working fine now will use B and C in the future

As people have said, they are pricey, but we think totally worth every penny. Mario Bruni has been personally involved throughout, coming to the house, calling, and following up even the smallest of details. The installation was complicated, but was done with expert professionalism and care so that the inside was disturbed as little as possible and the many channels on the exterior are largely hidden from view (except for the two large compressor/inverters).

Bruni-Campisi responded quickly to en emergency plumbing condition when my pipes broke due to freezing. Was able to restore one bathroom to full use during emergency visit so at least we had some plumbing while the follow up repair was scheduled. Bruni-Campoisi worked in concert with a carpenter who had to open the side of the house to allow plumbers access to effect repairs. All work was completed in a timely manner. I also was, coincidentally, having trouble with my water heater at the time of the broken pipes. I thought I would need to buy a $1500 water heater replacement. Bruni-Campisi's plumber showed me what was wrong with my current water heater (clogged air intake for gas combustion) and had it working again. I appreciate that very much and will definitely consider contacting Bruni-Campisi when the does really does come to replace my water heater.

Bruni & Campisi were excellent from the get go. They provide personalized and customized work on the highest level. They installed the system over a 2-day period and we hardly knew they were there. The installers were excellent.... very professional, courteous, punctual and cleaned up after each day's work

Well let me start by saying that Bruni and Campisi have actually been here before. They were subcontracted by my heating company who provided a home insurance plan. They came numerous times responding to noises from my furnace and never fixed the problem correctly. Since I wasn't the one paying for the services, I wasn't as annoyed that they had to keep coming back to fix their mistakes. I was sure I would never work with the company again, but I guess I didn't learn... After seeing a lot of newly posted positive reviews, I thought maybe they got their act together and called to get an estimate from a BPI certified installer. Frank Campisi(one of the owners) pulls up late in his brand new Lexus SUV and does the walkthrough with me. His evaluation was very short, he didn't do much in terms of measuring, and explained that he would get back to me with many options. Well, this was August 24th, and I have yet to hear from the company. Will not make the same mistake again, nor should you.

This guy really knew what he was doing. He repaired everything so quickly. He was great.

They were expensive and not punctual but they seem to do a good job. They are not really that punctual and they are really not that cheap but they have been servicing the unit for a long time. They do a good job.
