They misdiagnosed the problem.They fixed one part and then another part needed to be replaced. I got angry so I called the owner and found him to be very concerned and responsive. Especially, when I mentioned Angie''s List and online reviews. He had his guys change the additional part (fan) and did not charge me any additional money.

They are excellent. They are our longstanding heating company. We just renovated bathrooms and the contractor moved the ducts twice. When it wasn’t working that is when we called Bruni & Campisi Plumbing Heating. They did an excellent job.

They are listed on Angie's List. I have no complaints and I have used them in the past. I was looking for somebody cheaper to do the work and I really couldn't find anybody on Angie's List who could do it for cheaper. I don't have any complaints about them other than the price.

Our broker who recently sold us the house recommended them and one other company when we asked for plumbing referrals. We decided to try them out because a neighbor also mentioned them being good. We needed to replace an old toilet in a rush. The previous toilet rocked and also flooded the bathroom so we needed to replace it before a family get-together. The plumber who came was great. He did a terrific job replacing the toilet even though someone previously had made a bit of mess of the bathroom renovations and not properly installed the toilet 12" from the wall but instead they only left 11" from the wall. And despite the tight fit the plumber made it all work. He also answered all my questions that I had while he was working. We also had a problem during the day of the installation where the plumber identified a hairline crack in the actual toilet before he spent any time installing it. That saved me a lot of hassle of him installing a defective toilet and having to redo it and he waited at the house while I went back to the store to get a replacement unit. (the only downside was that since they charge by the hour; it ended up costing a bit extra for that time -- I would recommend if you supply materials you check them all at the store before the plumber shows up!) We used them a second time to perform an annual maintenance of the AC system since they advertised a special deal in the local papers. Although I'm sure they inspected everything I didn't feel like I got as much value from that visit as I wasn't sure besides looking over the systems what they did exactly. That person did show me how to clean the filters, etc but I didn't get a sense of what else he did besides that. And I don't know enough about AC systems to know what to ask. I wish he had spent a bit more time educating me on what he was doing/what the value add was of their visit. We used them a third time to look over the pipes in the house and give us a free estimate to fix up the old pipes that we know will have some problems at some point down the road. That person recommended we do nothing so we didn't go ahead and use them for anything at that time. But will certainly consider them down the road. I would have no problem using them again and although they were a bit more expensive than others I think you get what you pay for.

They have been here twice in the last two months for different jobs. Excellent service and we are very happy with the work

Saw their flyer in the paper. The person who answered the phone was polite. Scheduled a time that worked for us and showed up on time. Took about an hour to tune up our air conditioner and didn't leave a mess. Would probably use them in the fall for our heating.

A heating pipe froze and broke on a Saturday evening. They came within a couple of hours of our call and fixed the broken pipe so we could have heat. We were very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. We had them come back to do 2 additional jobs - replace a radiator and install a new hot water heater. Each time it was a different crew but the work was always good and they were always professional. In general, their prices are on the high side but the work was very good and done right the first time.

They made a mistake with my phone number so they didn't show up for appointment. Rescheduled for the following day. When the gentleman arrived he was very rude. He wasnt helpful with any questions. I was just totally upset with the way this man spoke to me and my husband. I only had the thermostat installed with this company because it was freezing out and really really needed it the heat to run. I needed service, the following week and choose a different company. The company I chose was just as expensive but made me feel valued.

Everything was perfect. We made an appointment for an estimate. They came on time, gave us an estimate, explained everything that needed to be done. We had them come back to do the job about a month later. They came on time, no muss no fuss

Overall the job went very well. My husband and I needed a humidifier because the warm air blowing through the house was terribly dry. I looked up humidifiers on my own, but figured that buying a humidifier on the cheap and having someone else install it would not be saving any money. Even though I would have a manufacturer's warranty, I would still have to pay for a service call if something needed to be repaired. Therefore, I had Bruni and Campisi install a model they selected for my HVAC system. It was more than I would have liked to have paid, but the installation takes quite a bit of engineering, so I was able to understand why they charged what they did. In other words, I felt that the completed work matched the price. Bruni and Campisi also insulated our exposed duct work, which was a completely different project before the humidifier was installed, so we felt comfortable using them for this particular job as. Our HVAC is running so much more efficiently than it had been in the past. My husband and I are very satisfied customers.

As far as I can tell they fixed the problem. Everything seems to be working properly.

I have a mixed oil and gas system, with the gas furnace heating 2 separate large rooms. The gas heat has worked sporadically the last 3 years, sometimes in one room, sometimes in another, without any clear pattern. Two other large heating companies have been in to try to fix the problem the past 2 years, with neither permanently solving the problem, and suggesting major (and expensive) solutions. Tony from B&C was able to, within an hour, have the heater working better than it has worked in years. Two weeks later (other fixes ofter failed within a week) the heat works great.

I used them because I was a first time home owner and they were the ones who installed the furnace. They charged $164 for routine checkup. Then I had some parts replaced. The extension tank and pressure gauge were replaced and it was about $700. I didn’t really like the first technician they sent. He laughed actually. I called back the agency and they sent another person who was more experienced. That person was very good and his name is Toni. He did all the work. After he came it was great. I didn’t shop around for quotes but their price sounded expensive to me.

My only complaint was that I had to wait almost a month to get it scheduled because they were backed up, but the guy that came out was great. Prompt, super-nice and helpful. I was fully expecting a run-around by using a coupon but was pleasantly surprised that he didn't tell me that I needed anything extra, and even took time to tell me how some of the things worked being that I'm completely ignorant about home repairs. Would definitely use them again.

Two men, James and Jimmy, did the job in three days. They were professional, thorough, pleasant to deal with, happy to explain when I asked questions, and took great pride in their work. They were obviously very experienced in boiler installations, and knew exactly what to do. They took care that all the piping was level and plumb. The installation is quite well done, and looks good. We had heat throughout the whole time, except for brief periods when they tested the boiler, or had to drain the old system to make the cutover to the new system on day two. We had hot water for the whole time as well, again, except for when they had to make the cutover, which was only about an hour or two on day three. They arrived promptly at the time promised, and finished on time. They were careful to keep the area neat and clean, and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to replace their hot water boiler.

They were fine and they told us they could not fix the problem we had. They were very pleasant on the phone. They had actually done work for us before and fixed a leaky faucet for us. They fixed the leaky faucet and did a great job.

Charged me between 250-300 service fee. Were supposed to get back to me with cost to replace unit. I called them many times and they never responded!

I had called a few plumbing companies to come over and give me an estimate for a new radiator (my old froze during last winter). I needed to get this done before the weather turned (because the heating system is all connected, I needed to fix it to have heat in the house). B&C showed up on time, they were very nice and professional. I was looking forward to hearing from them and getting their quote. However, they didn't call back for over a month. I had already gotten a new radiator and had heat. Sorry, but with a response time of over a month, I wont' be calling them again.

Usually their service calls are free, depending on what needs to be done. I have been with them for a couple of years and I have been pretty happy with them.

I have an agreement with them to check the heating and the air conditioning system once a year. I don't know about the price because I’m not a person who would call 20 different people to get the system put in, but I see the advertisement and what I have paid this year is not so bad. I’m not getting overcharged. They do a pretty good job. Their responsiveness is excellent which is one the important things when it’s 10 degrees outside. Their punctuality is pretty good. I would continue to use them in the future.
