Description of Work: Sal came from Bruni and Campisi and replaced valves on our radiators. This entailed a few hours of work, including bleeding all of our radiators. Sal was extremely respectful, professional, and competent. He explained all that he was doing and was not an intrusive presence. I highly recommend Bruni and Campisi as well as Sal.

Description of Work: They replaced pressure tank on our hot water heating system. Job was completed quickly but the new tank does not have any supports as I asked them to provide. It merely sits on top of its feed pipe and can easily be bumped side to side. That is what caused the old tank to fail. The price paid was supposed to include bracing

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used them. This time they installed a new faucet in kitchen. Their employee did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them to all.

Description of Work: We had performed a major renovation of our home about 6 years ago which left us with very noisy baseboard heating in our bedroom. It was actually so bad that we turn off the the zone to our bedroom and relied upon an electric heater to keep the room warm. Needless to say, we employed numerous plumbers to try to correct the situation but to no avail. Nobody could figure out the cause of the noise and all attempts to correct the situation were fruitless. We finally contacted Bruni and Campisi who sent one of their senior plumbers (I believe his name is Doug). He immediately recognized the problem and assured us that he could fix the problem. This story has a good ending. The problem was properly evaluated and repaired. We can now sleep soundly in our quiet bedroom using heat generated by our furnace. The workmen were neat, courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: I have had a lot of trouble with having no heat coming up to one of the rooms. I had contacted my regular heating company, another heating A./C person as well. They could not come up with an answer. The gentleman from Bruno and Campisi did figure out that the persons who installed a unit for another room 2 yrs ago had disconnected the vent. We looked under the bed and the other company had put the vent under the bed without telling us, so no heat came up in that room. I had spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure this out and could not. It was a great relief that they did not have to open walls or make it into a major project.

Description of Work: A/C was not working. We called and they came within a couple of hours as promised. Technician was knowledgeable; diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair.
