They are very good, the service is not finished. They are coming back to feed some shrubs. I'm very happy and pleased so far. They seem clean and professional, all wear uniforms.

Although the work has not been completed due to the weather, the tree removal was flawless. They removed the huge tree in pieces because of its location. Also, they were nice enough to leave me some wood for my fireplace. 1/12/11, The work has been completed with no issues. They clean up so well that you can't tell that work was done.

Very well. These were all very large trees which I was concerned about as they were very close to my house and many trees in my neighborhood had been coming down during bad storms. The first of the four trees they took down last year was a very tall eastern white pine which had dropped a limb during a storm and taken down my phone and cable wires. I wanted it down as soon as possible as I had been concerned about it for some time. Bartlett's Arborist, Mike Shields, was very responsive to my concerns and had a crew at my house within about 36 hours. In the spring I took down another tree from the back of my house and in the fall the last two very large trees from the front. One of them was rooted very close to the corner of my house and the other was close to 100 feet tall and was opposite the front door of my house. I know there are tree removal companies who are cheaper than Bartlett but I have always had good experience with them and I feel confident that they will take appropriate and good care of my property and they have always responded quickly. I would say that altogether they do a very professional job.

They usually contact me about the fertilization. The trimming does not have to happen evey year. I contact them for that. There is a lot to be trimmed. I have a lot of trees. They are the only people I will let on my property. They are a little expensive. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been employing them for a number of year and altogether have been satisfied. Their empployees are well trained and professional, as far as I can tell since I am never home when they come, but the work which appears to be well done in a timely fashion. I have been pleased with the results and the paper work is promptly and accurately handled.

Very well. Workers talked over the removal of tree limbs laying on house and garage, before removing them. They were very careful as to not cause any additional damage. They were here on time and worked in the intense heat. The immediate response was greatly appreciated.

They have been pretty good and responding to emergencies. They clean up well after themselves. We use them all the time. It was an emergency tree removal. They were really good and very responsive. They came the day of my tree emergency to inspect the tree. Then, they were here first thing the following morning to remove the tree. They understood my anxiety with respect to the tree.

They do a good job, but sometimes they do have a little problem with the clean-up. I am impressed with the service though overall and the trees look great. I would recommend them to other people because they are professional and they can get the job done fairly quickly. They are good.

All the work was done fine and they cleaned up very well. They were not that great at returning my calls and answering questions for me but overall, they were ok. I would recommend them.

They came out quickly to evaluate the situation, gave detailed advice about what needed to be done and the various options, and then returned later to do the work. They left the yard in very clean condition and the trees look good. The cost was the same as the estimate. I felt confident they are experts in the field.

Superb! Given the amount of damage all over the city I was amazed that they responded and came in person to check the damage the very day I called. They also made sure we were aware of fallen wires and checked that we were in no immediate danger. Most amazing is that all the work was completed within the week, amazing, considering how much work there was to be done all over the area. Very responsive and very personable. Unlike previous tree services, they left minimal ruts in the lawn. Nice work crew, too. Very thorough in cleaning up even the small stuff.

I easily got an appointment for an estimate and the estimator arrived right on time. I signed the contract right away, then waited for a copy to arrive in the mail. It never arrived. A follow-up call to the office resulted in the work being scheduled and done within two days. The two men who did the work arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked quickly, did exactly what the contract stipulated, and cleaned up every bit of debris without damaging anything in the yard. The trees look great. The amount billed was exactly what we agreed on. We've used Bartlett before and have always been very happy with their work.

The work was done quickly and professionally and the price was fair, especially since it was obvious that we were in a jam and needed the tree removed in a hurry.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT THEIR WORD FOR WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE GOOD AT PREDICTING THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT WOULD TAKE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE THOUGHTFUL AND CARING WITH THE BRANCHES AS TO NOT HIT THE HOUSE AS THEY TRIMMED. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEFT MY YARD VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

I THINK THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT THEM TO. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY DO IT. THEY ARE SOMEWHAT EXPENSIVE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR ANYTHING.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. I FEEL LIKE THEY'RE SORT OF EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD. MAYBE THEY ARE A LITTLE DISTANT IN TERMS OF STAYING IN TOUCH OTHER THAN WITH MAIL. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I TRUST THEM. FOR SOME REASON THEY'RE CALLED ARBORISTS & FOR SOME REASON I BELIEVE THAT IS A BETTER DESIGNATION. I'VE HAD MAIL IN THE PAST WHERE I'VE LEARNED ABOUT THEM. THEY SEEM TO BE PEOPLE WHO KNOW TREES AS OPPOSED TO PEOPLE WHO CUT TREES. TRUTHFULLY I DON'T THINK ALL THAT MUCH ABOUT PRICE. I DON'T COMPARE PRICES A WHOLE LOT. IT SEEMED REASONABLE FOR WHAT WAS DONE SO I HAD THEM DO IT.
