+ -1 moreTHEY'RE SO-SO. IT'S DIFFICULT TO GET TO THE PERSON THAT YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS LESS THAN ADEQUATE. ADT WAS GETTING A LOW BATTERY SIGNAL, AND INSTEAD OF CALLING ME, THEY SENT ME A LETTER, AND I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME INSTEAD.
Description of Work: IT WAS A REPAIR. THEY REPLACED A BATTERY.

+ -1 moreI THINK MOST OF THE PEOPLE I'VE WORKED WITH ARE VERY GOOD. THEY'RE VERY RELIABLE, BUT SINCE I'M OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK, IT'S A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY TAKE CARE OF ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY HAVE A CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM. IF SOMEONE BREAKS INTO YOUR HOUSE, THEY HAVE MOTION DETECTORS. IF THERE'S A FIRE, IT WILL DETECT IT. THEY COME AND DO REPAIR WORK.
