ADT is just great. They are highly responsive, very appropriate and professional and very reliable as well. They absolutely do what they promise to do. I am totally happy with them.

I haven't had any problems to report using this company. They provide my home with protection and I have never had any problems with them so far at least. They seem to be responsive and they are always friendly towards people giving them business. I have had no major problems to report as of now.

ADT has been really good to me. I pay a low price for adequate service that is reliable and dependable. If I have any questions, I can easily contact them. They hire good people to work for them and I would consider myself to be completely satisfied with not one complaint about this company.

ADT Security Services is a good alarm company. We do feel secure with them. We like the wireless monitoring system because no one has to come out and bothered us. The installation was very good. The serviceman was very punctual, courteous, and responsive.

The tech came out to replace batteries and ordered a part for me that needs to be replaced. When they receive the part they will call to let me know to reschedule. My contract includes maintenance and I pay every 2 months.

After three months, three installation visits and countless phone calls our installation is incomplete. Despite unfinished work, we are being charged for the balance of the installation and the monthly fees have started. Phone calls to our sales rep Danny and his boss Franco have gone unanswered. John, the initial installation person, used convenient locations for the installation instead of those that were agreed upon in the sales contract, requiring walls to be repaired. That is just one of several problems with had with our installation. Our efforts to resolve these issues have convinced us that the company is indifferent to customer satisfaction.

I DON'T LIKE THEIR BILLING PRACTICES BECAUSE THEY'RE THE ONLY PEOPLE I KNOW WHO WANT THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR THEIR MONTHLY SERVICES. THEY DO GOOD WORK. IT WORKS, AND THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CAME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

IT WAS GENERALLY GOOD. THEY SAVED ME SOME MONEY ON MY HOME OWNER'S INSURANCE. THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM FOR A RELATIVELY LOW PRICE. THEY WERE GOOD ALL AROUND.

I LIKE THE SERVICE. ANYTIME I CALL THEY TRY TO COME WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME. THEIR PRICING IS EXCELLENT. THE CONTRACT COVERS AS MANY TIMES AS I CALL IF I HAVE A PROBLEM. THE ALARM HAS GONE OFF AND BEFORE I EVEN REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON, THEY ARE ON THE PHONE.

I'VE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS. WHEN I CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, I GET IT. VERY RARELY AM I DISAPPOINTED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. NOTHING WAS MARRED AS FAR AS THE PAINT. THEY DIDN'T HURT ANY MOLDINGS OR RUIN ANY CEILINGS.

I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD, BUT THERE ARE PROBABLY BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS GOOD.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD ALARM COMPANY. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY WHEN WE CALL. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE JOB. I THINK THEY CHARGED ME A REASONABLE PRICE AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.

THEY ARE FINE. WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY COME OR THEY NOTIFY WHOEVER NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED. I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE SYSTEM AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT.

IM REALLY HAPPY WITH ADT. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A REALLY AFFORDABLE PRICE. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CHECK UP ON ME TO ASSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT.

ADT IS VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS IN A TIMELY FASHION AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE COST.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THERE WASN'T MUCH BUT TWO ALARM BOXES THAT THEY HAD TO DO. THEY TOOK ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THERE WAS NOTHING FOR US TO CLEAN. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. THE ALARMS WORK GREAT. THEY TEST THEM EVERY SO OFTEN.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE WELL QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB. THEY ARE A MAJOR PROVIDER FOR ALARMS IN MY AREA. MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM. IF THE ALARM GOES OFF THEY CALL IMMEDIATELY. THEY CAN HAVE THE POLICE HERE IN A COUPLE MINUTES TOO. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.

THE MONITORING IS DONE FROM A REMOTE LOCATION. IF THE ALARM GOES OFF, THEY GO AND CALL THE POLICE STATION. THEY DO RESPOND IF IT GOES OFF. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BURGLARY, BUT WHEN I LET THE SYSTEM GO OFF FOR TOO LONG, THEY CALL ME AND MAKE SURE IT IS A FALSE ALARM.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WORK MORE THAN MAKES UP FOR IT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON THEIR PRODUCT. I PAY ABOUT THIRTY DOLLARS A MONTH. THEY GOT THE ALARM INSTALLED QUICKLY. I DO RECOMMEND THEM AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF INSTALLING EVERYTHING. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY CHARGED A GREAT PRICE FOR IT.

THEY WERE GREAT. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR HOME SECURITY SYSTEM. THEY COME AND UPDATE IT WHENEVER THERE IS SOMETHING TO UPDATE. THEY HAVE ALSO CAME OUT TO HELP US CHANGE OUR CODES AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.

WE HAD SEVERAL THINGS SWITCHED AROUND ON OUR EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM. WE HAD THE CONTROL PANEL MOVED AND THEY UPDATED THE SYSTEM AS FAR AS THE WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE CONCERNED. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEM.
