They were GREAT. Their approach was creative, professional, reliable and affordable. THey did what best fit my property and my needs. This is very hard to find as most just want to do what they like not what you need.

They came, they measured, they went through with us what the different options were and they actually enlarged the vent so we wouldn't hear that much noise when the heating system came on and it's been working great since then. When they came in, the estimate was free because they basically came in to just look at what we had. Compared to a couple of others, their pricing was good.

I was unable to get hold of anyone about a new A/C and heating system installation. No one answered the phone when called the office multiple times.

They were excellent. They were polite, considerate, and punctual. They installed a compressor for me years ago so I had reason to trust them. I think they were very nice.

I am very happy with Joe's work. He was so distraught over the condition of the branch duct work that he offered to repair that at no charge (I ended up paying him something for it - am such much less than the job was worth given how much time he took to remove old ducts and rebuild). He explained how they weren't connected properly or in a heat-efficient way, and explained it in a way that I could really understand. Give that we'd done major demolition and renovation on the site, and that some of the ducts had been broken and removed, it took some masterful work to reconnect the whole system. At one point he installed a duct I was unhappy with (a plastic one instead of a metal one) and after talking to him about it, he removed and it replaced it - no problem (even though he was certain that the plastic one would have been sufficient). After doing the work, he called back to check in to see how my heat was working. This guy really did this job with care and integrity. I am so grateful to Angie's List - he was recommended to me by another vendor on the list who doesn't do duct repair and recommended Joe. The guy who installed the actual furnace later saw his work and commented on how good a job he did and wanted to know the company's name. My heat is now working great!

VICTORY BROTHERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED.
