My first time using a moving company. I had to move my mothers stuff out of our house into a nursing home. I had reached out to 4 moving companies by email all at once. OCL Moving Inc was the only one who responded. Omar the owner called not even 30mins later after I sent that email. He was pleasant to talk to, easy to work with and clear on pricing. He was also professional and informational, he made sure we had the proper paperwork lined up in order to move into the nursing home. Which I did not know was needed until he mentioned. His team called before they headed over and came in on time, and were polite and friendly. Omar stopped by himself to check in. Everything was packed up carefully and moved out & in carefully. Directions were followed well, his team placed the bed and night stands where I needed. The whole process went smoothly. I will most definitely be recommending this business to others as well as using them again for future needs. Thank you to Omar and your team, you made a stressful emotional task a thousand times easier and better.

Moving can be hectic and the last thing you need is addition complications from movers. You want someone who can manage the whole process and no last min/ hidden fees prevalent in the space. OCL fulfilled that and beyond! Super Easy To Work With: 1) Called them up and Omar the owner stopped by my apt to get an idea of what I was moving and provide a quote 2) I had some large items that needed to be dumped and he included that in the quote we agreed on, which did not change so no surprises 3) They were able to submit a COI needed by our new place in a timely manner 4) Day of, they arrived on time, got to work, were very friendly and careful with our things We had everything in our new place by 2pm with enough time to unpack. Unfortunately our couch was too big to fit the elevator but they really tried, even would’ve pulleyed it up to the balcony if the building allowed. Omar, even arranged for someone to stop by and clean the apt and do some final touches before handing over! I would 100% recommend them to anyone moving. They are honest, hard working and very much want to make your move a seamless experience.
