Very responsive. Identified where the problem was with their dog. Used cryonite treatment and pesticide initially. Returned for 4 more visits for additional pesticide applications but the problem turned out to be in the antique wooden bed frame with deep nooks and crannies. Finally solved the problem with Thermal treatment by Suburban Pest Control for less money and less chemicals.

s supposed to be a three month service for the flat fee of around $3500 and during that time the company came back and re-sprayed my apartment once and when I insisted on another treatment, because I was continuing to get bitten 2 months later, begrudgingly came back and resprayed. Each time they resprayed they hit a few areas near the bed and off they went. Total time spent in my and my neighbors' apartments, including the dog detection and spraying, could not have been more than 1 to 2 hours. I used this company only because my building super hires it everytime there is a bed bug report in the building. 3 months later,. and after the 3rd and last extermination, I was still getting bitten so I used some over-the-counter spray and some DIY techniques and seem to have finally gotten rid of the bugs..
