It went very well

They had installed railing for front steps 2 years ago and had done a good job at that time. I called Liberty Fence to do the work described above and was told by operator that a salesperson would call me back. I forgot about it and a week later, steve, the sales person called me to make appointment for measurements. A date was set and the day before Steve called to say that an emergency came up and he couldn't make appointment. Another date was set. On that date, Steve called saying that he was two hours late, but he would be there. He did arrive, 2 hours late. We discussed what I wanted and Steve went outside to do the measurements. When he was finished we reviewed the order. One of the gates I wanted narrower. Steve wanted to keep it the size he had measured, but did agree to make the gate narrower. While we were discussing the order, Steve received a call from another customer, who was wondering where he was. I saw Steve on June 7 and was told that I would be contacted the last week in June to set a date for installation. At the end of that week I called Liberty Fence to find out what was happening. A date was scheduled for installation on July 8. When the installers came, I found that Steve did not change the width of the gate. I could have rejected the gate, however, it would have meant having them going back to the factory and remaking a gate. I did not feel like waiting farther so I had them install the fence. They installed the fence and then came back a week later to put up the gate. When they were there they did not have an order for the gate for my garden. Steve never put it on the order, even though two gates were asked for when he took the original order. When the installers came back to put up the 1st gate they had a gate for the garden. So when Steve was at my house, the quote he gave me I had thought included a 2nd gate. I did want a gate so the cost of the gate was added to the original price. The installers sent, however only installed fencing, not railing. I had to call Liberty Fence again to make an appointment to have the railings installed, which was done on July 28. The installers did a good job and the fencing and gates do look good. However, the installers used one of my flower pots and used it to dump the cement into the fencing posts and then just left it on the ground. No big deal, but annoying. They stepped on some flowers, while installing. No big deal, but annoying. They did a fair job of cleaning up and I had to finished cleaning up after them. On July 28, when the installers for the railing came, they arrived 2 hours after they were scheduled to be there. They worked efficiently and did a good job installing the railing. The final product does look good. Again, they did a poor job on cleaning up. They cut the pvc post by the street, but did not clean up after themselves.

Sales representative was very nice and educated on his product. He seemed honest and fair. He didn't try to sell us anything more than what we were asking for which we appreciated. Workers, were on time and productive. Had no issues with their service. I would recommend to a friend and would use them again.

My experience was great! Our rep was amazing. He was very easy to work with. He facilitated getting the permit.

I spent $4250 on that work. Their salesman was excellent and he did really well with providing us with the information we needed to make the decision. We had gotten three estimates and his was the best. The salesman tried hard to satisfy us so he could get our business and he did. The price was excellent. The communication between the salesman and the workers could have been a little better because he told us that the install would be about October 25th, but it ended up being installed the first week of November.

It went excellent. They were excellent.

Everything started out fine other then some calls not being returned by the sales rep. When it came time for installation I called them to determine a date and this is when things started to go wrong. Liberty had suggessted a start date and I took the day off from work. Then the night before they called and said they could not make it. We rescheduled for the weekend. They came 1 hour late and then said they would be back on Monday to finish the job. They did not show up and did not call me until 11 am and rescheduled for the following day. They were late again and did not finish the job becasue they did not have all the parts for the fence. They then put us off for almost a week before they could come back. Then they did, were late again but finished the fence but did not have the gates. So they had to come back yet another day. Sales rep told us it would be a 2 day job, that was obvioulsy not the case. However the installation crew was excellent and they did a great job on this project. I have no issue with the actual work done. Its the manufacturing and scheduling side of the business that is clearly a mess.

Excellent workmanship. The lead man on the job (there were two) obviously took pride in his work -- the work took longer than expected, but I attribute that to the difficulty of the terrain (hilly) and his attention to detail. They also did a great job of leaving the area clean when they were done.

I hired Liberty Fence for two jobs. They have completed the first, which was the installation of 128 feet of PVC fence. I found the sales representative to be the most practical and realistic on the prep requirements needed. Their price was very competitive and their work was quick and high quality. They kept all appointments. I will update the on the second job when completed. (Wrought Iron Railing).

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, THEIR REP WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND THEY WERE VERY CLEAN IN THEIR WORK. THE GUY WHO CAME OUT AND GAVE THE INITIAL ESTIMATE CAME OUT THE DAY THE JOB WAS STARTED AND WENT OVER ALL THE MATERIAL AND MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY. I ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE.

THE TREE SERVICE DAMAGED THE FENCE AND THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT. THE SERVICE WAS SLOW, IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO INSTALL THE CAPS ON` THE FENCE.
