Marc identified and solved the problem of a very smart rat entering the building via a sewer vent line that was not obvious to us in the foundation very quickly. His baiting and traps (inside and out) ended the problem within 24 hours after setting them! He and his team were very thorough about locating and closing up any exit/entry points. Would highly recommend Marc's services. I plan to use him for non-toxic mosquito control in the garden in the spring/summer since this worked out so well. Professional, effective, punctual, reassuring!

It is extremely frustrating to have a vendor call ME and offer their services and then not show. I was seeking someone to assist with getting rid of a mouse in my basement and I received several calls. This company called and asked when I was available. I was working that day but could get home later and was working from home the following day. He said he would meet me at my house at 5pm that day. I rushed home and he never showed up and never called. I understand things happen. However; my time is just as precious and if you didn't want my business then just say so. Very unprofessional.

Mark came in to treat and we have already noticed the ants were gone very quickly. He came in with a mask during the Covid time we were in. He set up traps for rodents and so far it seems to be working well too. We would recommend them.
