Charls came over fast, and when I opened the door he had a big friendly smile on his face.
He went straight to work, and he spent time checking the oven, and fixing it.
He is a real professional, He did a great job, and the oven is working well.
Most importantly he has a great personality, and I highly recommend him.

Charles was a consummate professional. He was timely, efficient, and showed much care to our project. Treated us like family and took time to address other issues with the stove/oven. Give him a 20/10 and will utilize him for future projects.

Pilot light was out, and the oven was taking a long time to heat up. The repairman was swift, efficient, polite and professional. I would recommend and call again for repairs.
