Description of Work: Our oil burner stopped working

Description of Work: My boiler had not have a cleaning since 2006. Unfortunately, I could not find a company to provide a service contract because I purchased oil at COD. My brother did some research on Angie's List and contacted Eric. He told me right away to use him since he sounded honest and was not trying to sell something. Like converting from oil to gas. In addition, the price for a basic tune up/cleaning including filters was very reasonable. Prior to speaking to Eric, I called several companies from Angies List and their prices were very high. One company quoted $350 for cleaning a small boiler in a family house. That's crazy! Well, all I can say about Eric, is he is honest and explains everything he is doing with the boiler. He actually educated me on the unit. Imagine, where do you find a person who spends time teaching you about the boiler and performs his work at the same time. He took his time explaining everything. Most importantly....he is honest and doesn't want to take people's money for services or parts not needed. Where do you find people like this? He is one of the few.
