The provider did a nice job sweeping the chimney. He was very professional, answered all my questions and kept the project area clean. During the cleaning process, he did not climb on the roof to ensure the chimney was in good condition - but I did not request it. I gained a lot of confidence in Wulf and would use him again for sweeping and would likely call him if any repairs are required.

I called several masons and left messages and received no calls back. Mark Wulf personally answered the phone and said he was "absolutely" interested in looking at the job. He came to my house 2 hr. later, inspected the problem and gave me a fair price and a written estimate. He came back the next morning at 8:30 and did the job. He performed the work in good time in a professional manner and left the site as clean as he found it. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Mr. Wulf responded quickly and professionally to my phone message. He came by when stated to give me a quote. The quote was fair, and consistent with other similar work we had had done. Maybe not the cheapest price we were quoted but reasonable. He stated when he could do the work, and came when he said eh would. He accepted no money before completing the work entirely, although we offered. He worked professionally and quickly. The work looks great. It is fresh, so I cannot speak to how it will hold up, but we are pleased with the experience overall. I would certainly recommend him to others and would use his services again.

They gave me a much lower estimate and told me why they could do it cheaper. They brought me a damper catalog to show me my options. The service was very friendly and personalized.

They were prompt with their callbacks, even though I managed to miss a message they left for nearly two weeks. When I called back, they returned my call right away again. They showed up when they said they would, gave a very reasonable estimate for the job and scheduling the work was easy. In fact, on the second job, he was able to do the work that same day when I was happy with the estimate.Of equal importance was their professionalism. They were simply a pleasure to have around. My kids just love to watch when there is any work being done at the house and I never had a single concern in this area. Mark was always polite and respectful, kept an eye out for the little ones and took extra steps to ensure their safety and I never had to worry that there may be things they shouldn't see or hear. They cleaned up well and warned us if there would be noise or debris at various points.Unfortunately, I'm out of chimneys to work on or I'd call them again! :-) Just a great family business you can trust to do a good job and not make you crazy.

Mark explained the problems clearly, was quite reasonable on price, showed up when he said he was going to, and did an excellent job. And he cleaned up everything so thoroughly you would never know anything was ever amiss. He did not do work that wasn't needed and explained what was was in good shape and what was not. He is honest, does not pressure and knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If he's out if town or an another job or you can't get him right away, don't flip out. Wait for him if you can because he does great work and you'll be glad you did. It nearly monsooned 2 days after the job and everything stayed bone dry. Plus the chimney looks much better now, straight and pleasing to the eye.

I will not hesitate to call him again.

Called to schedule an appointment, Left message on answering machine. Did not call back for two days. I told them that I had already hired someone else.

I also called this company three times over the past three weeks to schedule an estimate for some chimney and masonry work, but received no response to my messages. Update: Angies List really works. I was contacted by the owner of the company the day after I posted this review. I told him I was no longer interested.

My experience with them was great. They were very professional and cleaned up well. They left one tiny little spot and felt bad about it as they grasped it. But I said it was ok as it was a tiny piece of concrete. They were timely and did a good job. I am not sure about their price as I didn't do a lot of research. The chimney looked very good.

While I didn't hear back from Wulfs for several days after leaving a message, they did end up scheduling a visit promptly, arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok), and were very professional and efficient. We discussed some potential work that may need to be done in the future, but they did not push me to have it done sooner. I will hire them the next time I need chimney sweeping.

My husband was the one who hired and paid them. It got fixed and we were pleased with their job. The chimney was crumbling and it was more like a vent type of chimney. We were very satisfied and we would use their services in the future too.

They were timely, courteous and thorough. A pleasure to work with. My only minor complaint is that they left a bit of concrete-like powder on the ground near where they worked and the next day it rained and ruined that small patch of my grass. But I was able to dig up the spot and replant it -- not a huge deal.

He and his helper were prompt, courteous, and kept this potentially messy job very neat. He took the time to repair the chimney cap instead of charging us for a new one. He was very particular about cleaning the chimney and gave us tips on how to avoid creosote buildup in the future.

Excellent workmanship, cleaned up after the job, and were courteous and friendly to self, family members and pets!

Mark Wulf did a great job, beginning with a prompt and informative estimate, along with helpful brochures. He did the work thoroughly and professionally. He was very neat.

After a recent windstorm, I noticed pieces of concrete in my driveway. In looking up at my chimney, I saw that pieces of the crown had crumbled and broken off. Based on the good reviews in Angie's List, I called Mark for a quote. He came down right away and provided a detailed quote. He started work the day after I gave him the go ahead and completed the project within one day. The chimney looks great. They were very professional and cleaned up nicely after the job. Mark was extremely professional and easy to deal with and the price was extremely fair based on another quote. Great service and highly recommended.
