I had called and asked for a quote. The "Sales Manager" asked many questions that were not pertinent and this was offensive to me. He then stated he could not use existing new windows I have, he would need to install his custom windows. When I called in and the receptionist said she would have the Sales Manger call me and he would want both of us there so we could make a decision - that was my first red flag. I will not be using this company nor will I recommend them.

The manager came to our home as promised and spent nearly two hours measuring and calculating. I have no doubt that they would have done an amazing job, but the estimated cost was triple what we ended up spending. In a world where money isn't an object, I'd hire them in a minute.

Emailed them for a estimate for my roof. Never heard back from them.

He did a great job. Went out of town while he was doing it and came back and it was all done.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, did what they said they were going to do. I'd highly recommend them to my friends.

My husband and I called three times inquiring about the price and their availability to complete the project. On all three occassions, we never received a call back regarding our project. To add insult to injury, a sign was just placed in my neighbor's yard, indicating they will be doing work for their home. Are they blind, we live two doors down the street, and we never received a call back to say and quot;we can't get to the project, we are sorry for the delay, etcand quot;. In retrospect, it's probably good we didn't wait on them because the project may have gone just like their customer service. I don't recommend them.

The supplier was very dependable and flexible with scheduling. I called them a couple of times to re-schedule my job, and they were very accommodating. Once they started my job, the same crew came back each day until it was finished. It took about 3 1/2 - 4 days. The crew leader made sure I was happy before they left. They also found some and quot;issuesand quot; with some of my roof venting and offered to replace it while they did the roof. The quality of the job was very good - not perfect, but very good. The crew leader was fairly professional, while the workers seemed more like hired labor with varying amounts of experience. They cleaned up the worksite each day and never left a mess. Overall, I have no complaints and would not hesitate to hire them for another job - I'm considering hiring them for more involved jobs like windows and siding.

I provided engineering drawings with dimensions and sketsches of desired finished product. I spent about and hour with the estimator, he told me he wanted to have some other individuals to come over and take a look at the work also. I never heard back from them after he left. I called once but never received a return call. No indication from them if they were interested in the work or if they even wanted the job. Would have been nice if they would have called and informed me of their intent. I don't feel I should have to make numerious attempts to find out if they want my money.

They were extremely professional.

He is very good. The quality of his work is excellent. He had to work overtime, because he wanted me get I done, and I good get washer and dryer upstairs.
