I had them come out less than six weeks ago for an issue with a drain and having it snaked. The issue came right back and was not properly addressed by the company. If you’re looking for a good experience, please look elsewhere. However, I would highly recommend Falkowski Sewer Service, they found a mass of roots that was missed by Sheesley’s and were able to correct the issue with ease, and in no time at all!

Sheesley's Sewer Service provided prompt and professional service. Our 1,000 gallon septic tank was pumped for $235. And there was a $15 truck charge. We would use them again.

Overall we are very pleased with the work that was done. The first appointment was made for 2:00 in the afternoon, I had to leave work at 1:00 in order to be there on time, unfortunately I received a call at 2:30 letting me know they weren't going to be able to make it. Rescheduled for the next day and was told they would be there between 8:30 and noon, received a call at 8:30 letting me know they were on their way. They were able to replace the sink in the bathroom that I had purchased, unfortunately they had to also replace the pipes under the sink because they were corroding. They showed me the pipes and explained everything. The sink in the basement is an old cast iron sink and did not have any handles or faucets. They were able to order the new faucets and install them within a few days. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

Very well, they came and were very curious and professional. It took care of the problem the first time.

I had used this provider to pump my septic tank prior to their doing this service. They did not keep records so when they tried to put in the septic drainage field they spent hours digging up my front yard, side yards and back yard to find the septic tank cap that they had previously pumped. They also had to look where the cap went to the drainage field. They charged me more than twice their original estimate and left my yard a wreck. After they were done it needed thousands of dollars of excavation. They did it when it was wet and muddy destroying the yards. I had the house for sale on the market at the time so I really was not thrilled. They were late and nasty on the phone.

My housemate was orginally told that it would be a free estimate plus $346 to run the camera. How is that a free estimate? My housemate then talked to Mike the owner and he stated that it was his camera and he would charge $50 to run the camera. Two of the employees came to my home to run a snake through my laundry room drain. They ran the snake and ran into an obstruction about 15 foot into the pipe. They said they could not run the camera because it was wet, of course it is wet. I came back to town I called them at least a half a dozen times to get an estimate on the work. The first time Mike said that he hadn't realized that his guys had even been to the house. Finally after many more calls to the office and several promises that I would have an estimate one of the women gave me Mike's cell. I finally got an estimate 2 days later. What terrible service after the fact.

We called Sheesley's due to a clogged drain connected to our gutter downspouts. It was very difficult to diagnose the exact problem, but the Sheesley's crew was very professional and stuck with it until the problem was solved. A less professional team might have just given up. The main office was professional and easy to deal with. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the the crew showed up on time. I am extremely satisfied with Sheesley's work and would highly recommend them!
