+ -1 moreKevin answered the phone on the second ring and agreed to help us. He said he'd need to get back into the office to tell us when he could send someone up, but that it would definitely be sometime this week. He called two hours later and said he could send someone up the same afternoon if that would work for us. The guys arrived 10 minutes later and in under an hour had identified the problem, procured the necessary parts, and installed the fix. They were polite, efficient, and intent on cleaning up after themselves and making sure I was happy. And I was!
Description of Work: We've had off and on problems with the circuit that includes our garage door opener for years, and even had another electrician take a look at it without finding the problem. Things rapidly declined over the past week such that the breaker kept tripping and we couldn't get it to reset at all. We turned to Kevin Lauper on the recommendation of another electrician who knew he wouldn't be able to get to us for at least a week.
