+ -1 moreNot well at all. Unethical people there at Fix-Rite............BEWARE!!!!! They DONT CARE!!!!!!
Description of Work: They repaired my maytag (MAH14PDAAW) front load coin operated washing machine and 1year and 3 months later, the bearings that they replaced, FAILED and the washer was leaking on the floor.Tried to resolve the issue with one of the repair people there, but got nowhere.Tech said that there was only a 3 month warrany on labor and parts.And that there was nothing that he could do. He couldnt explain to me why the repair failed so quickly.The original new purchase of the machine the bearings lasted roughly 15 yrs. Why would a repair only last roughly 1 year? Shold have lasted another 15 in my estimation.Other parts were added to the repair which may or may not have been needed but I cannot confirm if they were necessary or not. None the less the repair cost was EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE for the work done.

+ 0 moreI called on 9/27 for an appointment and a worker came out 3 days later. He said we needed a new disposal (it leaked) and if we bought a new one they could install it. The pipe was a simple replace, the old was corroded, and the worker even suggested that we could do it if we wanted to save money - very nice. I called the office the following Monday to say we had the new disposal and we would like them to install the pipe. The office person said she would ask the head repair person about scheduling and call me back. This is the point at which getting someone to actually come out to do the work became very discouraging. From the time of the initial visit to the completed work it took 4 weeks. Whenever I called to ask when someone was coming there was no reason why it was taking so long. Then the head repair person decided he needed to see the situation so he came out on 10/17. He did not do any work, just took notes and said someone would probably come out the next day. That didn't happen. On 10/27 two repair men finally came and installed the disposal. Very friendly and did a good job. They were suppose to replace the bathroom pipe too but had the wrong pipe with them. Someone else came out the following day and quickly installed the new bathroom pipe. For two simple, straight forward jobs this took way too long. I've had Fix Rite come out a couple of times before and have always been very pleased, recommending them to others. The office person has previously been as helpful as possible in scheduling. This is a first that it took a month for someone to do the work with little regard to how this was inconveniencing me. I hope this was a fluke because I'd like to know I could reply on them again. Will I call them again? Probably, but not without full understanding of and commitment to how long a job would take.
Description of Work: Installed new garbage disposal. Replaced trap pipe at bathroom sink.

Description of Work: I bought used washed. I told the clerk house was not rented until December 2010. The warranty was made out for October 2010. 30 days but no refunds. When tenant went to use washer sensor board was burned out. Their technician called Bob the owner and he refused to give me my money back or even half.
