Brian's Custom Flooring

Brian's carpeting was absolutely great to deal with. As I was new to the area and looking at carpet without my wife, Tammy in the office in Elmira let me use her phone so that I could facetime with my wife to help us make decisions. She was absolutely great, keeping us well informed and providing great advice. They had a very good selection of flooring from carpet to hardwood and everything in between. The pricing was fairly reasonable, I would have preferred a little cheaper, but the quality was great. Upon Installation, the installers showed up on time and were very professional. They took up the old carpet in our kitchen as well as a very poor subfloor. They put in a new subfloor and and laid down the new tile. The second part of the install was removing all of the old carpet and replacing with the newly selected carpet pad and new carpeting. All of that was completed in 2 days. They basically replaced about 1800 sqft of flooring in a very reasonable time frame. All along the installer(s) were professional and communicated very well. The only hang up was when the job was completed they forgot to put a few closet doors back on the rails. Upon hearing that from my call, they showed up the next day and handled it immediately and Brian the owner called to make sure everything was done properly. Overall, it was a positive experience and I will definitely use them again.
