+ -1 moreThey sent a tech out and he said we needed a part and he would order it. We never heard from them again, they never returned any of our multiple calls. We finally had to call another company to come and repair. Ardco Pro had improperly installed our system with not nearly enough cold air return which burned out the parts. They were happy to take my money but when it was time to honor the warranty and their work they were nowhere to be found.
Description of Work: Ardco Pro sold me and installed a heating and a/c system. The system stopped working entirely.

+ -1 moreA serviceman come and checked my washer. He said it needed a pump. They ordered the pump and in 2 days my LG washer was fixed. The serviceman was very prompt - arriving at the time stated. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing; and he was friendly . My husband is a disabled veteran and they gave us a discount. I was very satisfied with their work ethics and performance. I would hire them again.
Description of Work: They fixed my LG washer.
