 + -1 moreOverall the install went very well. The only hiccup to report as represented by the B rating for punctuality was that the install was scheduled for 8:00am, but the installation team did not show up until after 11am
Description of Work: We requested an estimate to remove the existing gutters that were attached to the house and installed new ones with leaf guards.

 + -1 moreSalesman showed up on time and measured area, discussed my needs, made suggestions and provided an estimate for two options of doing the job. When I emailed further inquiries, they replied promptly. I had contacted four contractors and three came and gave me estimates, I went with Pearson as they listened seemed competent and knew what they were doing. On the day of instillation the crew showed up on time worked efficiently and the job was completed neatly and well. They changed an item I wasn't happy with no fuss. They left the area clean with no scraps. I am very happy with their work.
