THEY ARE A LOUSY COMPANY. THEY WEREN'T VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY NEVER DID COME TO CLEAN OUR COUCH. I DIDN'T THINK THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EITHER. I THINK THAT THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE AND THAT WAS IT.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CLEAN THE COUCH. WE BOUGHT A COUCH FROM THEM AND PAID FOR AN EXTRA SERVICE WHERE THEY WERE TO CLEAN THE COUCH, BUT THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WHEN WE CALLED.

THEY REALLY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER IN GETTING THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THIS FOR US. I THINK THEY CHARGED US A GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE STUFFING IN OUR LARGE SOFA CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS.
