Description of Work: The members of the Stewart Family that arrived for the quote were friendly and professional. I believe they did a great job, I really won't know until it rains again. The roof repairs was done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Although no services were performed for me, Charles came and evaluated my leak which was originating from my upper deck. He was very professional and advised what type of service provider I may need. I appreciated his advise.

Description of Work: They inspected the roof and extended the roofing material to cover a seam between the roof and the metal on the edge. They seem to have corrected a leaking problem between the edge of the roof and the metal edging.

Description of Work: FIXED THE LEAK ON THE ROOF. HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM.

Description of Work: Set appointment for estimate two weeks in advance. Day of estimate I was told that they can't do the site visit. When I pushed they did come. The two people that came were polite and professional. Given verbal price for job. They said that a written estimate w materials would be emailed to me. Waited two weeks and called office. No record of the visit or estimate. Told one would be sent to me after speaking w people that came to my house. Two weeks later nothing. Going w another roofer.

Description of Work: I some moist spots on my ceiling, plus my skylight looked moist and dusty above the glass. They put a new seal coated layer on the roof. mentioned I did not need a new total replacement. However the next torrential downpour had rain coming/pouring in from those previous spots that was only moist before. I called them they were very responsive. Came the next day after the rain, found the leak and repaired it. Have not had a hard rain to make sure that the new fix it not still leaking but was very happy with their response.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon on Sunday afternoon and received a phone call to set up the appointment for service that evening. We agreed to have a representative stop by around midday after they completed a job close by. They ended up being free by 9:30am and called to ask if they could come early. Once the inspection was complete, the team (Bill and Bill) explained what they saw, what they recommended and how much it would cost. We discussed a few different options with different prices (just repairs vs. replacing the whole roof) and then Bill offered to do the job now because his team happened to be with him. After considering the options we agreed on the work and the price. I was really impressed with their professionalism, how quickly they managed the job and we felt like we received a great deal. I would use them again and probably will in a few years when we are ready to replace the roof. Thank you!

Description of Work: They came half an hour earlier than scheduled, which worked out to be even better for me. The inspection was fast and efficient.
