He was quite helpful, although I was unable to use his services and likely due to my misreading his area

I recently had him come over for inspection of a roof, and it went well for what he came for, but, then he told me that the roofing material was getting flaky, and he said that it could use a coating. It was like aluminium paint and he charged quite a bit for that but he was very nice, he was very kind and the work that he came for the inspection was fine.

So far, everything seems to be pretty good. They completed the work. They were quick. We haven’t had any trouble and we just had a good brainstorm. For the price, the charge was a little high for the work they did.

Communication was great, after purchasing the package they quickly called to schedule a 30 minute window when they would show up. When it rained they rescheduled and showed up right on time. Work was done quickly and they explained to me what other preventative measures I might want to take on the roof without sounding sales-y or push-y in the least bit. I would definitely recommend them and will consider using them for the preventative measures they recommended.

Mr. Charles Stewart answered the phone while on the job. Requested a proposal/estimate. He came on the same day at the exact time that he promised. Very Punctual and helpful. He even suggested roof has life left I will consider using him in the near future for future work. Excellent and professional. Came to give an estimate on the same day.

Mr.Stewart and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up the area when the work was completed.

They came in, patched the roof, and proposed some more work to be done - they were trying to sell us a new roof from the very beginning. They were courteous and did the patching and did a good job. They worked with us to make us happy.

Stewart Roofing returned my calls promptly and were professional in their response. They figured out the problem of why I had a leak on the roof of a lower level of my home. The repair person who'd just fixed the damages, never found out that the problem came from clogged gutters on top of the building. They took photos of the roof top to show me the damages. They suggested I purchase leaf gutters to solve the problem. They repaired it, and put in the leaf gutters that same day. They were cooperative, personable, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

In addition, the installers cleaned the gutters and tiled the small roof over the stoop. The entire process was explained and the installers cleaned the area after the job was completed. I would definitely hire them for future work.

It was not a good experience. I paid $99 for an estimate, and they did no repairs.

Charles prompted made an appointment after we bought an inspection deal. Unfortunately there was no way around replacing the skylight but Charles was very prompt and seemed very honest and sincere with his suggestions. I did not price compare but it seemed right for the work that needed to be done and I have all the confidence in his ability. Appreciate the responsiveness and decisiveness.

The crew from Charles Stewart Roofing was very professional and courteous. They were able to finish the job within one day in the time limit that I had specified. They even cemented my neighbor's side of chimney so no brick would fall down. Given that my family and I wanted to fix the broken tiles on my front porch roof ASAP, I hired them on the spot, so I did not do price comparison. Still, I feel that the crew members did a very good job in repairing my porch roof and exterior stucco.

Since I had more damage than I thought, we agreed upon a price to fix two tears and flash the entire roof. The work was also guaranteed by a warranty. The entire process took an hour at most, and they cleaned their way out of the house as they left. There has been two days of rain so far and all is still dry! I am very happy with the work done by this company.

I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing for a roof maintenance inspection because I was having some leaks. They were prompt in scheduling my appointment and showed up right on time. Completely explained every detail about my roof and gave me a quote on the spot. The next day my roof and back gutter was installed. Clean up on the side and back of the house began to prep for painting. On the third day the job of painting, repairing-sealing front brick and installation of front porch gutter were completed. mr. stewart arrived a few minutes early and explained clearly what was included in the package that i purchased. he took photos of the roof to show me how the work looked upon completion, and he provided advice on maintaining the roof. he also offered to coat the roof with an aluminum coating at a good price, which i accepted. altogether he was professional throughout.

Mr. Stewart was recommended to me by a friend of mine, I called him and got a same day response. I hired him to do the job and the work was excellent and so was the clean up. I would refer him to anybody

They did a really great job. The clean up was amazing and they even made sure to clean up the neighbors yard. They came, did the work, and finished promptly. I have recommended him to my neighbor's son, and I will continue to recommend him.

Our siding is 30 years old and thanks to Charles it looks brand new. The work was done in one day and they came back a few days later to make sure we were still happy.
