I contacted Carl at 718-791-9207 and was totally happy with the outcome. It was my first experience arranging care for the house of my elderly parents. Carl arrived early for our first (and for all) appointments. He explained what needed to be done and said he'd treat it as if it were his own house, and he did. An out-of-state family friend in the construction business reviewed Carl's proposal and bid and told me the scope of the work sounded reasonable and the price more than fair. Carl's crew of three workers were tidy, polite, and did good work. Carl provided me with evidence of workers comp. insurance for them, as well as insurance and license info. He started on the agreed date and, allowing for some unfavorable weather, finished when I expected. He also gave good advice on color choices of paint and shingles and truly enhanced the value of the property. I plan to use Carl's Construction again next year for some interior work. Carl's Construction does both interior and exterior work in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and possibly Westchester.
