I saw an advertisement for roofing from this company. I called and set up an appointment for a week later. The appointment was at noon on this saturday. They never called and didnt show up, so I called to find out when they were coming. The person that answered the phone was the same person that i set the appointment with and when i stated i had a 12:00 appointment and where were they, I was hung up on. I called back immediately and they let the phone go to voice mail. Very unprofessional

Dunkle and Sons Home Improvement Inc were working on the roof next door to my house around 6/18/14 thru 6/21/14. They dropped something from the roof that put a chip in the windshield of my rv. I spoke to the owner the day that I noticed it and was told to get some estimates for repair and that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the repair. I had the repair done on 7/02/14 and submitted a copy of the paid invoice to them for payment. As of today 8/04/14 I have not been reimbursed. I am only asking for a 65 chip repair not a 1200 replacement windshield. I have contacted them several times and feel that I am just getting the run around and I will go away. It is not the money anymore it is a matter of principle. Dunkle and Sons are responsible for damage to my property and are refusing to stand behind their work, their word, and their employees. I wouldn't have them do any work on my home after not being able to handle a small incident like this. I could only imagine what it would be like if it was anything bigger. I have reported this to the BBB as well.
