Terrible, technician left and I still had a leaky sink. Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Cellino was very responsive and the tech, Adam, arrived on time. He had to open up the living room ceiling to fix the leak. It took a couple of hours but he was polite and efficient.

Went well. Had to run out a couple times to find the right size items for a very old house (built in 1920s). This two foot of old pipe was responsible for all our water pressure problems. Inside the old galvanized pipe was found almost an inch thick of rust/buildup.

Nick came in and evaluated the work to be done. He gave me a price and explained the work he would do. He grabbbed his tools and within 15 minutes he was done with the job. I like how they charge by the job and not by the hour! Excellent service!

Great! We have two older showers (home was built in 1984) that started leaking but were not an emergency yet. Cellino Plumbing was able to come in a day or so, and were in and out in about an hour. The two showers now work perfectly, and I can't say enough good things about Ryan A. and Chris. T.. Their level of professionalism and expertise is second to none. Their pricing is very reasonable, particularly when you factor in that not every job can be done as easily as others, and their expertise enables them to complete the work faster than other plumbing companies. I look forward to calling them again for my next plumbing job!

They put new parts in the toilet so it would no longer lose water. The water started going down again a couple months later. They came over and replaced parts again no charge

Badly clogged drain took them sometime to unclog but finally got pipe opened up

Called their office at 8AM, they arrived around 9:45AM, and the job was completed by about 2:30PM. No complaints whatsoever with the quality of work however in my opinion their price was very high. Will shop around next time for better prices.

First appointment (with Paul) went well, though I was initially put off by their aggressive sales tactics. Paul redeemed himself via attitude and experience; I rated him very well with Cellino's review system. Then, 3 days later I called for additional service as my tenants reported being out of hot water. Received a call from prompt service technician advising me that I should replace BOTH of my HWTs at $1400 plus EACH. His sales training was horrible as he offered no alternatives (as Paul did) and actually sounded almost "bullying" in his approach. He had terrible answers to questions/comments. I told him to forget about the call.

Our very old home in the city of Buffalo had a large cast iron sewer line leading out that was clearly on its last legs after one hundred and thirty years--and in the middle of the winter the line finally broke open. The pipe was broken right at the junction where the sewer line entered into the foundation of the house before turning to the street. The fear was that if the pipe going into the wall also came apart during this replacement we would need to bring in backhoes and all that sort of thing. After getting one quote of a somewhat-too-easy "Five thousand dollars," I decided to try another plumber. I called Cellino based on their reviews. John C. came out, gave me a straight-up and detailed quote, explained carefully what he would do and how he wuld do it, and after a couple of days I decided to follow my instincts. I thought I could trust this man from Cellino, and I was right. Once I set things up, I crossed my fingers. I say this because, again, if that pipe in the wall did break, then things would certainly have taken a negative turn. John knew I was worried about that, but he was patient and assured me that he'd do everything to keep that from happening. In short, the main (broken) pipe was removed, new PVC was installed, and after a few hours we had a system that was up and running and likely to last another one hundred years. While I understand that Cellino doesn't pretend to be the cheapest plumber on the block, we are reminded that we get what we pay for most of the time. And in this case they did save us three thousand dollars. Of course we are going to call on them again, and we already have a project that we expect to tell them about in the near future. *My rating doesn't include a response to punctuality because this was not a time-critical matter as we have a second sewer line and I had set aside an entire day for the work to be done. John was in fact delayed at an earlier job, but he called and assured me he was coming. And that's that. Again, I paid a third of what the other plumber was asking for. At the end of the day I wrote a check for the exact amount on my estimate--down to the penny.

The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about how sump pumps work that was useful. He provided a clear written estimate and explained all work and proposed charges. The only problem was the price: Cellino wanted about $5200 for what another reputable company said they would do for $2000. That was so off base I didn't even ask why they were so much higher.

Job was done quickly and efficiently. Used the newest techniques in re-piping the pipe that burst and installed a shut off. The affected pipe led to the outside hose outlet which was also replaced with a winterized water outlet

Had a badly clogged kitchen sink took awhile to clear drain with all the grease build up but everything is running great now

They showed up when they said they would, gave me a summary of the work and costs and then proceeded to perform the work. It only took a little over an hour. They were very courteous, protected my floors with shoe covers over their work boots, and were very efficient. The work was very professional. I would definitely hire them again for plumbing work
