Missed day of appointment confirmation phone call, so they rescheduled appointment. On day of new appointment, received day of appointment phone call. service tech appeared as scheduled. friendly and professional. completed repair. good job.

II have used Cellino's before. I had a clog where the kitchen sink was backing up into the bathtub. This has happened before. The guy who came out cleared the main line.. and that did not work.. so then he cleared the line at the kitchen sink.. still clogged..then he cleared the bath tub line and that worked. He stayed and worked on it until it was fixed. I had purchased a main sewer line cleaning from Angies list and they applied that towards the work they did.

Scheduled service to replace a leaking faucet. They arrived on time, were polite, courteous, and professional. $238 seems like an extremely high price for 15-20 minutes worth of labor. The relatively simple repair job was done quickly, and if not for the seemingly high price, would rate them excellent overall.

Luke, the plumber who came, was very professional and provided good information. Part had to be replaced on old pipe and he obtained and repaired quickly. Fast am service (called late Sunday) and good work by competent and efficient professional.

I paid $39 on Angie's List which included the service call and $39 toward parts. I believe I was charged for that service call although it wasn't seperated out on my bill. Total bill was 213.60 - 39.00 = 174.60 with tax it was 189.87. It should not cost almost $200 for labor to put the toilet kit in the tank. If I wasn't so rushed with a sick family member and a full time job, I would have done it myself. I did receive a $9 check in the mail for an overpayment. I am in shock that they charged this much for that job. I'm very disappointed with this service from Angie's list. I would never have these plumbers back again. I feel they did not perform the service as advertised.

After 3 attempts, I cancelled request.

Joel was amazing! Professional, curteous, and willing to take the time to explain lots of "extra" details to me about our sewer drains. Couldn't have asked for more.

I've always have good experience with them. They did a good job. Ive used them a few different times at different places.

I contacted Cellino at 8am and they had two technicians come out within an hour to do a sewer clean out. They were very courteous and professional.

The plumber arrived on time, put covers on his shoes, and took a look at the problem. Before he began, we were told exactly what our cost would be. He completed the job in a timely manner. We will certainly call them again when we need a plumber.

It went very well. They were very responsive and they came right out. They did a great job. They did a very good job. The pricing was fair. I would recommend them.

As an upset customer, I called the company and demanded a response from the owner. He did come to my house to evaluate the work and estimate his workers gave me. He did not think my pipe was broken or clogged, and apologized for his workers taking advantage of me as a woman. Yet, he wouldn't give me a complete refund. He gave me $125 as a refund and told me the $100 I needed to pay because of his business overhead costs. Very unhappy that he chose to handle it that way and would NEVER contact them again.

I have used them several times. They are expensive, but they give good service, and they are very knowledgeable. I think they are extremely talented, and they come very quickly, they are very reliable. They are worth what you pay, if you are willing to pay a premium. They do superior work, and a cheap price is no good if you don't get it.

Cellino Plumbing showed up on time and the guy who replaced the toilet was professional and fast, but the PRICE!!!! I was pressed for time so I really needed the job done that day. If I had known that they were more than double the price of anyone else I wouldn't have called. The guy looked at the toilet and went to his truck to work up a quote.Fifteen minutes later he said he could replace the toilet for $700.00 plus tax. I told him that was way too much money for a regular toilet. I asked if I could get a chair hight toilet for that price. He told me that he would install a handicapped height toilet for $800.00. I really wanted to say Get OUT! But I had already taken time off from work to be at home and family was coming to stay the next day so I paid. (sad angry face). When I told friends at work that I felt I really got taken by Cellino, 3 of my co-workers had similar stories. Two of the people were smart enough to tell the plumber "no thanks". I'll never call them again but only because of the price.

They installed back up sump pump, worked on both toilets, installed a bathroom and kitchen faucet. Good work always.

Our sewer line was backing up into our 86 year-old house.? When the plumber came he said he couldn't tell exactly where the blockage was so he offered to snake both lines for a discounted price.? We haven't had any problems since.

After taking a look at what I required, went back into his truck and was out there talking to the office for minimum 45 minutes. Came back and the quote was $2,869. Two other quotes came in at $1,000 and $995, the latter I went with and was a beautiful job. I'll recommend them on their page.

They were prompt, professional but very expensive. Gave us a "discount" for additional work for a year. They did a number of jobs. The toilet rebuild needed a second visit (free) to get it working right. Also rebuilt a sink and installed new kitchen faucet.

They wanted to charge me an exhorbitant rate.

The plumber did call, make an appointment and showed up at the appointed time. He explained that the pre-payment accounted for $200. of charged time. He then looked at the two issues we wanted to have handled. He said, one was difficult so he would have to see what it would cost, what could be done etc., and he would get back to me. But he has not.

Ryan came out on a rainy saturday i was having water backflowing all over my basement floor.we had an usual drain sitiuation he was trying to figure the best way to solve the problem.Snaking it probably wouldn't help and he didn't want to charge us for that...came back Monday cut the floor open...still was a bit baffled..called for a camera checked and found the unuasal plumbing situation came up with a solution...did all the plumbing work that day came back on tuesday to finish cement work.Ryan was professional and thoughtful...tried to come up with the best cost effective solution!would definetly hire them again!

They have done a few things for me. I really like the work that they do, but they are a little expensive.

I needed the services of a plumber so I called Cellino Plumbing. I was able to call on a Sunday( which I liked) and make the appointment for the next day. Very professional. They called to let me know when the service person would be arriving and they called the next day to see how the service was. Very pleased with the work done. They have a service plan that greatly reduces the price and they have coupons.

We called a Roto Rooter company and they were unable to unclog the sewer. They suggested that they dig up the drain to fix the problem and gave us an estimate for $3200. After much hand wringing, we called Cellino and they were able to get through the roots and charged us about $100 less than the first company' charges for Roto Rooting.

They did a good job. We use them for our plumbing needs. They are there right away in emergencies.
