Peyton Spinelli arrived exactly as promised. Very professional and proceeded to assess the problem and answer all my concerns. He replaced the problem parts under the sink and made sure everything was in working order and that I was satisfied with the job before he left.

It was an emergency call and they came out right away. Very nice and knowledgeable. Did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely call them back for any of my plumbing needs!

Everything went fine. We have been using Cellino for over a year and are very satisfied with the prompt, professional and excellent service we receive. All of the staff are very helpful and professional. I would recommend Cellino to anyone.

Scott and his co-worker were excellent. A dispatcher gave me a call an hour before they were scheduled to arrive and they were on time. They were extremely professional and very neat. They laid down drop cloths to keep the floor clean. They also took the time after the installation and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them!

They are my plumber for whenever I need. They did a lot of work. I was very satisfied. They had to come back another day and do some extra work. I also got an extended coverage for them for any incidentals, that I get a discount if there was any flooding or anything like that, they would come and I would be priority in their list having been a member of their agreement. The pricing is a little shocking for plumbers but I expected that. No matter what, the work was done well and I watched them do the work so I was very pleased. The guy was Joe and he was very good. I have Joe's card so if I need anything, they're my go-to guys.

Went great. The technician was dependable and did the work very efficiently. He also gave us different options on the type of repair that could be done which would give us a choice of what the cost of repairs would be. Also the technician was mindful and careful of the tree and the landscaping which was in that area near the foundation of the home.

They are good but expensive. I have been using them for some properties that I own and one of their employees caused me $6000 because he said that there was rust in a pipe and it would be in the water back in the winter time. Then I told him no I don't have that kind of money. I called the company and I said that the man is getting water and you sent somebody out here to make me spend $6000 so he gets the water and they got water. So, they said let me send Tony out, Tony came out. I told Tony I need to talk to your boss. Tony said I am the boss, I asked him why do you send somebody who don't know the business. I told Tony I am willing to pay his service charge and he said I don't owe him anything. He left then a week later I get a bill for $480. I paid him. They sent me the money back for he said that he wasn't charging me. They are good if you get the right person. The person who came first was no good. The company is pretty good but they are expensive. I would not recommend them.

I have used them before and, as a matter of fact, need to have them come back out. After they worked on the sewer main they did not fix the ground. You have to do it yourself or hire somebody. They claim they will come back later and cut the sewer pipes down for you. I have not had them do that yet, but they said they would. They did a good job and the price was good. I got a couple of prices and theirs was better. I was happy with their quality. I hope I don't have an issue when they come back where they try to charge me, but I can't imagine. They were responsive. Mr. Cellino was the one who called me. They were on time and ended up doing it in the pouring rain so it was a big mess.

It was about three years ago. The experience was upsetting because we were buying the house and did not expect to fix the well. There was nothing wrong with what they did. I thought they were expensive.

They did fine. They always do. The service person was fine. I keep using them because we have a yearly inspection from them. They provide emergency service and that's how we started using them. They came in on a Saturday night two years ago and we've been using them since then.

The price was reasonable. They were here immediately.

The service was great. They came in again and they were terrific. They did a very good job. Their price was fair and the quality of work was excellent.

So that upset me. I didn't like it. They are very expensive. They are on schedule.

We liked their service. We've used them before.

Turns out that was a phenomenal price for a dryer hookup. Nothing wrong with the old hose but contractor said he felt better replacing them.

Job went well, but $875 over the initial estimate which was approved by me. What went wrong was they never recieved permission from me to use the credit card that i used for a deposit, which wasn't a credit card by my debit card. I was very suprised to see $1,825 taken out of my checking account without my approval. Plus i was never given a copy of the final bill. I really don't know anyone who would do business this way. The quality of work was good, but due to the billing issues, which i have never experienced before, i will not do business with Cellino Plubming again!!!

They were very busy, so we had a bit of a wait. He was able to unclog part of the drain, but had to come back the next day to do the section from the house to the vent. Saved the day!!! This is the second time they've come to the rescue for us and the bills were very fair!

I thought I had a leaking pipe that was causing water to leak from my upstairs to my basement. They let me know that it was my supply lines to my faucet. I was very satisfied with my service. I was able to speak to a representative very quickly. They gave me a timeframe of when someone could be to my home and I asked if someone to come out to the home today due to the leak and within the hour they called me back and said someone could be to my home within the hour. The price wasn’t bad either. They let me know before they started the work how much it was going to cost me. He also gave me the option to cap the line or replacing the line before doing the work and let me know that it was going to be the same price for either one.

The service call was great. The man that showed up was very nice and professional. I was unhappy because I purchased a certificate for $39 to cover the service call but was then charged another $40 for the work that was done. The certificate was confusing because I thought that would be covered.

Original plumber was delayed on previous house call. Notified by office at 3:50pm a different plumber would be arriving shortly. Estimated time of arrival for work request was 12:00 -4:00pm. Joel Monaecllli did a great job on all the repairs; he was friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to have gotten a good plumber. I also purchased a annual Service Partner Membership for $83.40 which would give me priority status in the event of an emergency call; reduced emergency fee from $90 to $30; 15% discount on all future plumbing work; on-going scheduled safety inspections; any minor adjustments will be free; 100% satisfaction guarantee; and transferable Service Partner Agreement to a new home or buyer of my home. Decided it was a good deal for any future plumbing issues.

It was indicated on the "deal" I would be contacted within two business days, no contact at all. I indicated I had a faucet I couldn't shut off and needed work ASAP in the comments. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If indication of an immediate plumbing problem doesn't get them to call, what will? And this is a company with an A rating?

Got to give this provider a BIG F. I purchased their "Big Deal" in September and haven't heard a thing from them. I even got an email from Angie's List asking if I heard from the provider and if I needed their assistance. I responded that I had not heard and did need their assistance. Not sure if Angie's list followed through or not because I still haven't heard anything. I was VERY surprised to see they were again listed as a "Big Deal". Obviously, they are not able to handle the business they already have.
