Cellino techs performed the work as scheduled. However, they could not remove the blockage, which was determined to be at the street connection to the bubbler piping. Their boroscope was not working either (I wanted to go in from the street side and see what was blocking the piping).. They told me they were hitting something "hard" because the end of their auger on the snake came back "shiny" (which turned out to be totally erroneous). They wanted $1600 to dig out at the street and fix the bubbler pipe. Ultimately, when the pipe was fixed by the Town of Amherst, it was observed that small diameter tree roots completely clogged about 12 inches of the 4" diameter drain piping. I feel that Cellino should have known this was a town issue (based upon the blockage location), their auger should have been able to cut through the small diameter roots, and the price I was quoted to dig up the bubbler pipe was exorbitant. Ultimately, I did most of the digging myself to expose the drain piping in a little over 1 hour. The Town of Amherst finished the repair and replaced all of the dirt in another 90 minutes.

They were interested in the work immediately. He was very punctual and professional. He told me he could do it in a day and he did it. It looks great! It works great! So far, very satisfied.

They are absolutely excellent. Their price is higher than those people in western New York and because of them being very meticulous, they are worth it. They had all the work done that I provided them with a list. They were able to take that list and successfully to complete all the tasks, plus they were able to add other suggestions and add to the list to make the project smoother. It turned out excellent. I am pleased with their service.

Called on Friday got answering service and received call back from Luc the next day appointment was set for Sunday. We waited all day and no one showed up or called. Will never call these people again.

Did the work quickly and effectively. Too expensive for less than 1 hours work.

Kitchen sink faucet replaced and basement wash tub faucet replaced as both were deemed quite old and not easily reparable.

I recently purchased my home and noticed I was having issues when it would rain with water backing up into my basement. I gave a call over to Cellino Plumbing, I explained my problem to the nice young lady on the phone and she agreed we should have someone come out to take a look. I was giving a four hour window of time that the plumber would show up and they came right in that time frame. Once the plumber arrived I went over my main concerns and a few other minor problems that I was having. The nice gentleman got right to work with cleaning out my lines, once he was able to get through most of my sewer line he explained to me exactly what was going on and that my pipe had either collapsed or shifted and that he would get a sewer camera to my home asap. The next morning I was greeted by yet again another great and knowledgeable technician. He was able to show me right on his device what was going on in my pipes! We set up for them to come back to my home early the next week to fix my issue, I had to work the day of the service but when I came back home I was so impressed. Very small amount of dirt from where the work was performed was all that was left! I had to give a call to the office again to let them know how great everything worked. They explained to me that customer service is always a number one goal of theirs and that if I had any further trouble to give them a call back. Thats exactly what I will do, the only plumbers I will use is from Celllino Plumbing.

Everything went better than I could of imagined. I have owned my home for close to 30 years and never had a sump crock in my basement, well after the second floor to my basement in the same year I knew it was time to fix it. I set up an appointment to have a free estimate done at my home, Adam and the guys did a great job at explaining to me exactly what was going to happen. Everything was professional and done to my high standards. I have not had any issues since I put the crock in and will continue to have many more nice and dry years at my home. I will give them a call in the future if I need any plumbing work done.

Everything went so great! From my initial call to the office I was greeted by a friendly voice who helped get the right plumber out to my home the same day. I had a nice gentleman come to my house later that day, he performed a cleaning service and later was able to camera my pipes to see exactly what was going on. Turns out my sewer line was damaged and that it was in need of repair. 3 days later I had a dig crew at my home ready to go promptly at 8am to begin work. I can't even believe how fast my sewer line was replaced and how professional the crew was. The crew was very careful when digging around my landscape. It has been a week now since I had this underground repair done and my sewer has never worked better. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

First call was for kitchen sink backup. Snake work pushed backup into main line prompting a 2nd call. Work was completed at a discounted rate due to being able to be completed in a single call if plumber didn't miss work that first call caused. Overall - satisfied.

Scott was excellent. He researched to problem and did everything possible to repair the head when corrections were not obvious. He contacted the manufacturer/engineers and researched it on line. He did everything possible to take care of the customer. It is a refreshing change from other experiences I have had from other serviceman. My thanks to Scott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guy was here 15 minutes and the problem -- which it turned out was a very easy fix -- was resolved. But $126 was steep for the privilege. Service call was $27.59, which seems reasonable. Figure a generous labor rate of $100/hour, and this should have been under a $60 visit including tax.

If money were no object then my experience was fine. The cost, $419.42, seems way over the top.

The plumber removed the old sump pump, and cleaned up the entire hole, which had debris & dirt. He installed the new one with a new pipe. Everything is functioning well.

Service call was placed and you responded quickly, there also was a call back to say when and who would be coming out. When the serviceman, Adam Blatner arrived, he diagnosed the problem rather quickly and fixed it. When you scheduled the camera and water testing, it was prompt and again called to say who was coming here and what time. The men also wore floor protectors to avoid bringing in any debris.

They replaced the hot water heater. They provide good work and pricing is a little on the high side.

I am upgrading my review because Cellino Plumbing contacted me about my review and sent me a refund for $40.00. They were very polite and asked several questions about my service. I was impressed that they took the time to call me and pleased to receive a partial refund...I did not expect that. I might consider using them again but only after they give me an estimate of the charge.

The job was done efficiently and Mr. Cellino took time to explain what he had done and why. He made sure to clean up before he left

Very well, I called and they had someone out to my house within a couple hours. Paul was very professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the price. It went very well. I called on a Friday night at 7pm and the answering service was polite and they called back within 10 minutes. Lucas came out at 8pm, did some initial work and gave me a price ($229). The project became more challenging then initially thought. He had to clean out both sides of the pipe, had to get go to the shop for a special tool but came back and stayed til the drain was clear. He even put provided a free camera inspection of the pipe to confirm the project. He could have said I needed to replace a section of the pipe because there was shifting in the ground but he was very honest, which is the most important characters I appreciated. I had to pay a $99 after hour fee but he also accepted the discount offered on Angie's list. I was completely satsified.

We called Cellino because the first plumbing company that we called were scheduled to come back on Monday between 9 and 10am, they never showed up and never came back even after I called them (wnyplumbing). We called Cellino, there were there the next day, were prompt and very thorough. He figured out what the problem was (just a problem with a filter) wnyplumbing had said we were going to need a new hot water tank. Ryan took his time, explained everything to me and then also left me with quotes in case we do decide to get a new hot water heater. He explained the benefits of tank vs tankless especially with a filtering system that we have. If we do get the tank I will definitely go with Cellino.

I called Cellino in the late morning and they were able to send someone later that day. Nick was corteous, professional and thorough. He diagnosed, repaired and tested his work. He also tightened a loose pipe connection we were unaware of. I was quoted a standard price (per job, not hour) and the final cost was a bit less with applicable discounts. I was very happy and would use Cellino again.
