Cellino Plumbing

It was excellent. He was very courteous and easy to get along with. He was very neat and prompt. I tried calling other companies and I would leave a message and no one ever called me back. Cellino was very prompt in their response.

The plumber (I don't remember his name) was very friendly and got right to work. Everything was working fine until I noticed a small leak in the one pipe. I called Cellino back up, and the next morning the same guy came out. He replaced the one pipe, and snaked the drains to make sure it all was good, which is was. Several months later, everything is still working great. My only complaint was all the Cellino post it notes advertising their business all over the hot water tank and through out all the pipes in the basement.

ns.the process took slightly more than one hour including Erie County Water Authority locating shut-off to house.

Called the number and the technician was here within the hour. GREAT!Darren walked with me through the areas that needed to be checked.He gave me the price for the service. The work was completed. Darren informed me of things that I should watch for and recommended a few things.Darren was very professional. I would recommend Darren and Cellino Pluming.

It's sad this is the company who took over Mike Ace Plumbing, (Mike sold his business so he could retire) he would have never felt good about charging that kind of money for such an easy job.

A little pricey, but the gentlemen that came was very knowledgeable. He was very good and did it right the first time. He had to hunt for some hard-to-find parts but he got the job done.

In the end I decided to go with another company. However, I was very happy with Cellino. I would use them in the future or would give them a positive recommendation to friends or family.

I will try someone else the next time.

I live in an old Buffalo double, and couldn't snake the drain myself, or chemically unclog--think major calcium, old pipes, sharp angles. I called pretty late in the afternoon, and they still had someone out that evening. The plumber was courteous, put on the shoe covers, cleaned up after his work, and although it took almost two hours, got the job done. They have a book with preestablished prices. So this drain cleaning was not cheap; but at least they are honest and above board. The plumber liked his job and liked working for Cellino, which made me feel good about working with them. He gave advice freely, and did not try to bilk me into more services. Worth it.

Called me before they arrived. Utmost professionalism throughout the time the technician arrived at my house until he left. Discussed what he was going to do before he did it. Cleaned up after himself and gave me pointers to avoid clogs in the future. Price a little on the steep side, but here again, you get what you pay for. Overall very happy and will use again.

Wow!!! This company is the best. I had two leaks in pipes in the basement with water filling buckets rapidly. I called at 9AM and they were there earlier than they said at 11:15AM. I had called another plumber but they couldn't come until 3 days later so I appreciated their promptness. They quickly accessed the problem and gave us a price which was excellent. There were minor repairs and I appreciated their honesty and just fixing the problem. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The technician, Nathan Duerr is an excellent representative for your company! I would call them again in the future without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

The technician explained the work to be done so that I could understand it. He was not pushy. He answered any questions we had, and did not try to push us to do any one thing. The cost seemed a little high. However, I wanted the job done right, and done right the first time. Since Cellino has a good reputation, I felt I would get my money's worth.

They are a good company, and their followup is very good. They have a person in the office call me right before the technician is supposed to get here, so I know exactly when the person is coming. They come when they say they are going to, which does not always happen with service providers. I have dealt with two different technicians and both have been very pleasant and professional. They clean up after themselves. I don’t really have anything to compare their prices to, but I think they are a little bit on the high side, and I am willing to pay them because their service is very good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They scheduled the job quickly (within a week), showed up on time, and completed the work in one day. The new bubbler line was put in very well and we've had no problems with it. We were doing a lot of work on our backyard at the time, and Cellino even removed a huge tree root ball that our tree removal company couldn't get since it was near where the new line would go. However, the snake of the other bubbler was apparently not successful, and they gave us a large quote ($2,200) to have another new bubbler put in on that side of the house. My husband was there at the time and felt like he was being upsold. In addition, the plumber refused to try snaking the line from the direction of the street to the house, so even though he made it 30' into the line, it didn't go all the way through. We've since had the drain re-clog and will probably have to get it replaced. Overall, the installation of the bubbler line was great and we might use them again in the future, but will likely get some other price quotes before we do.

They were wonderful but expensive. They were very good and very professional. I really recommend them highly. I just think they are a bit expensive but if you need peace of mind, they can provide that.

He fixed the faucet after a trip to the store for a part, though he grumbled about it a lot because it was a Kohler and he finds them difficult to repair. Before fixing the toilet he told me it only needed an adjustment in the water level. He spent a huge amount of time doing that adjustment and when he was finished told me that it might not flush as well as before and required a special flapper. He told me where we could buy the flapper (i.e. he wasn't going to fix it) and left. I should have tested the toilet before he left because it didn't flush at all -- at least not if you use toilet paper! I would have preferred if he had looked at it and given me the option of leaving it as it was and we could get the part or told me how much it would cost for him to actually fix it. It probably would have been smart if he had looked at the toilet more closely before he went to the store to buy the kitchen faucet part -- he could have purchased both parts at once! The next day they called to check on the service call and I explained that the toilet was now worse -- at least before it was flushing -- and I wanted to have it fixed. I was willing to pay for the part but not willing to pay for labor since I had already paid for labor to have it fixed and he only made it worse. I followed up with them two days later (because they didn't get back to me) and she told me that the person who could handle that was out of town. She then reconsidered and told me she could have someone out there the next morning and she would check on the cost. Someone else called me later that day and said we'd be all "taken care of" which I took to mean that we wouldn't have to pay labor. Then they called back to tell me the small part was $175 -- after double checking she said that was the part AND labor -- on top of the $300 I had already paid! I said I didn't want to pay labor. We checked online and the entire assembly was only $29.70. They would not agree to fix the toilet with no labor cost to us and couldn't understand why we were not happy and not willing to pay another $175! They finally agreed to come and fix the toilet so that it was the way it was before they came at no cost to us. which means we still have to either fix the toilet ourselves or find another plumber.

The evaluator form Cellino was very professional, supplied me with a cost estimate of $6,500 and then proceeded to inform us that he did not believe that such an extension would solve our problem & thus advised against doing the job. He could have charged almost any price but instead was frank and honest. Very unusual experience. I would call them in the future.

Prompt and courteous service. They also surveyed the soil pipes in the basement and recommended replacement since the plumbing was not done to code. The estimate for repair was more than I expected, though very thorough.

The installation went very well. Fast and reliable service. I would use this Plumber again.

Cellino's plumbers are always prompt, polite, and very well dressed in a standard uniform. They always cover their boots with footies and express concern on keeping your house clean the way they found it. They always have someone answering the phones and I have never had to wait for service if I have an emergency. They explain your options before they start work and have you sign off on a quote for the work. They are not the cheapest plumber, but they are very forthcoming and easy to work with. I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

The service provider was prompt (in fact early), explained what he had to do, took care of problem, cleaned up the mess and made future recommendations. He was friendly, polite, and worked efficiently. The company called to follow up, shortly after he left. I was going out of town for the holidays, so have not made arrangements for service, but do intend to call.

Very professional. The man who came in and gave me the estimate was prepared to begin the work immediately. He had to call for parts (a toilet) to be brought over, but never wasted a minute. They are not cheap, but the quality and professionalism was awesome!! Recommend them highly.

The problem was solved with a great relief by the residents.

We had been having some clogging issues outside of the house. We bought our house last fall (9/2008). Over that year, particularly when it was cold, the waste from the house to the septic would come up through the vent between the house and tank. After unclogging ourselves a few times we decided we needed to get to the root of the problem. We called Celino because of their well-deserved high rating on Angie?s list. The plumber sent was very nice and I believe very honest. He first had to diagnosis my system. He explained that the clog could be any where along the septic system. He took the time to explain my system and what the potential problems may be along the entire system and what those problems could mean for me financially. Luckily the problem was between the house and the tank and not way down the along the line somewhere. Apparently, the pipe from house to tank was not placed with enough pitch (one would think someone else would have noticed that problem and fixed it in the past 20 years the pipe has been there!). Again, in much detail, the plumber presented my options to correct the problem permanently. He present three estimates (High - 3-4K to relocate out pipe in my house to give the pipe to tank more pitch, Medium 2-3K - replace pipe but not change the pitch, Lower 1-2K - repair existing pipe and connection to tank). He of course recommended the high option but did not pressure me in any way. I was not comfortable with excavating my yard and re-aligning the pipe coming out of my house foundation. I was leaning toward the "middle" solution and the plumber did not recommend it. He suggested the lower option if I didn't take the high one! He claimed the lower was just as good as the middle. So far, no problems! Very happy with the work. My only complaint, the plumber was sick and needed to call off of work for 3 days. Celino was very good about calling me and letting me know. However, there was a backhoe in my yard and the septic uncovered the whole time. I think Celino should have sent another plumber or gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Luckily it was not summer time when we would have wanted to use are yard. Also, they did a poor job of backfilling. I?ll forgive because I know the plumber was sick but not forget if I need to use them again. My vegetation was not put back properly, the subsoil was mixed with the topsoil, and the area was left in a general mess.
