didn't take long, but I was surprised at the cost. The original plumber sold out to the larger firm, hence I imaging the expensive cost for the job that he had originally done several years before considerably cheaper.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the extra costs involved with the repair. They technician that came out was professional, on time and very polite.

We needed a gas hookup to our new dryer which required about 11 feet of pipe hooked into an existing gas line. It would require 1 tee fitting, a union, an elbow and a valve. After he arrived and looked at the job he told me that he didn't have a union in the truck and that it would require threading pipe, this and that trying to make it sound like it was a very difficult job and he did a job just like it last week for $630. I asked him what he expected to charge for this job. He said, "about the same". So I said you can leave now. That is 4 times what I thought it should cost. Did I mention my father was a plumber and I know a bit about it. I also just finished paying RIC Plumbing $163. for the job done in an excellent and professional manner (see my review for RIC plumbing). Either Cellino did not want the work or thought they could get away with overcharging. I will never call Cellino again.

Placed a call, the dispatcher took all the information and then repeated it too make sure he had it right. A truck was just coming back to the shop and he said they could be at my home within the hour. Thirty minutes later the Cellino truck rolls in. Within two hours of the initial call everything was professionally completed. Great job, great service.

Whenever we have plumbing issues we call Cellino Plumbing and they never fail to do a great job! This time was no exception as they went above and beyond our expectations as usual. We had purchased a Kenmore 40 gal water heater less than 2 years ago and found one day that it was making a horribly loud sound and a ton of heat was coming out of the top of the unit. It was so hot that the plastic rings around the water pipes had melted onto the pipes and the unit itself. After many frustrating calls to the Sears Warranty Center and spending around 8 hours talking with representative after representative, (being hung up on was the way the call center employees seem to be wanting to handle calls nowadays when they realize they do not have even the most basic answers) we finally talked them into replacing the old malfunctioning unit. Since we bought our house some 8 years ago, we had always wanted to install a tankless unit and now that we were needing a new WH installed we thought what a good time to follow through with what we really wanted. When it came time to choosing who would do the job it was a no brainer... We called Cellino and talked with a knowledgeable and very helpful representative there and decided to take his recommendations for the AO Smith model. After the decision was made, an appointment was set to have the installer come out the next day. We were told of the time it would take and everything that we needed to know before they arrived. Sure enough their technician, Darren arrived as planned and before anything was brought in he asked me if I had any questions or concerns that he needed to know about. He told me about the process and what to expect before he brought in his tools and the unit itself and then he got right to work. A short time later his assistant arrived and he introduced me to him as well. Both worked from the minute they arrived and did not even bother to take breaks like so many other companies do. I offered them both water or a soft drink and both kindly refused telling me they had their own beverages in their truck. The process took about 6 - 7 hours to complete and they did it without making a huge mess! All of the work areas were cleaned and nothing was left out of place. Once he was done with the installation, he thoroughly explained how to operate the unit and showed me where the owners manual to the heater was located....right behind the unit wrapped in durable plastic cover. What a great idea to have the information right where you need it! Darren also explained the descaling process and told me while they would be willing to come out and perform the service, it was something that I could do on my own to save some money. He thoroughly explained the process and why it needed to be serviced twice a year. He gave me all of the information I needed to know and what equipment I needed to buy to perform the twice a year process to keep my water heater operating as it was designed to operate. Darren really did do a nice clean installation and did not damage any area he worked on. I am used to having workers do sloppy work and leave a pile of dirt or other mess to clean up after they leave. Not so with Darren and Cellino! The water heater / furnace room was left spotless and the new tankless unit looks fantastic hanging on the wall. So much space was freed up by going with this type of water heater that I am disappointed that we didn't have it installed two years ago when we had the Kenmore water heater replaced! Here it is now a month with the tankless water heater and never once have we run out of hot water like we used to do every morning! We can both take showers and have the washer or dishwasher going and there will be hot water on command! So once again, compliments to Cellino for providing a fantastic product and for having a well groomed and educated installer do the work! Darren is a definite asset to the Cellino team and the next time we need to have any plumbing work done we will request that Darren be sent out to do the job. Thanks Darren and Thanks Cellino for living up to the stellar reputation you have earned in the Buffalo area. Your friendliness and knowledge about your products puts us at ease knowing we hired the best of the best to do our plumbing work. You can certainly give other companies lessons on customer satisfaction!!

kept changing arrival time from midmorning til later in the day thus tying us up all day. they did call ,several times to explain delays.worker was very clean,neat, and well versed in his craft. would recommend this firm to others and would have them do future work on our home..A little pricey on the faucets and toilet but quality seems to be there.

Mike Duerr performed the service. He came within an hour of calling. Our sump pump was broken and our basement was flooded. He was pleasant, professional, respectful, thorough. He covered his shoes when he walked on carpet. He explained everything very well, even drew a diagram of what may be a possible future problem and left an estimate for that if needed.

He gave me certain prices on the faucets, including to attach a pipe, if needed! He did the work, and i only had to put the faucet in! I purchased a Service Partner Membership, which was included with cost of service ! They called me in the morning, asked me if they could come early, I said yes and within a half hour he was here! I called yesterday and they told me they would call between 12-4. But they had an early opening, because they had major calls for the afternoon. I now have plumbing company that I can rely on, with my membership in case something else happens! I am glad that I came to your site! Jane

The employee from Cellino showed up on time, was polite and professional. He gave me a couple solutions in regards to the repair based on complexity and price. Actually listened to my input. Created a custom self tapped screwed to seal the hole. Afterwards put plumbers putty on the outside just to be sure. Happy with everything except the price. I just felt that 30 minutes of work would have been a little cheaper.

Everything went very well and we were very happy with the services we got from them. The staff was very pleasant. The price was reasonable.

replaced 500.00 worth of parts in shower was here two hours charged 1000.00 in labor cost. I called the owner when I found out that they overcharged me. He said they would send a rebate check and I haven't received it yet.

Very nice, very professional visit. They promised to have the quote for me (with options) back by the end of the week. At the end of the week, no quote. Following Monday, I called looking for it. Someone was supposed to call me back. No call. I chose another contradtor.

My experience with them was excellent. They were on time, did good work, and they were neat and clean. I chose them over others because I liked the information that I got from their ads and website. I also looked at the reviews.

Excellent and prompt service however quite pricy for an estimate on replacing the 5 foot section of pipe that others have provided at about $1500 less. Good company to call in an emergency, however, such as I had on Christmas Eve.

I liked that they sent a plumber within hours especially with the weather conditions. He told me his concerns about the crawl space and how it was almost impossible to work in the space. He called his boss to discuss the situation and then spoke with my brother and we all agreed to the solution.

The shower in our master bath started dripping and since we didn't particularly like the faucet fixture, we asked Cellino Plumbing to give us two estimates: one to repair the drip and one to completely replace the faucet. The replacement quote was considerably more than we were willing to pay (~$1300), so we elected to go with the repair. Cellino's repair price was $100 less than the quote we received from another plumbing company. The plumber showed up on time and quickly fixed the faucet by replacing the cartridge. My wife was unhappy because he tried, several times, to "upsell" her to the replacement job. My wife held firm. The plumber did an acceptable job of cleaning up after himself. Unfortunately the faucet continued to drip. Also, hot and cold were switched. I immediately called Cellino's office to express my dismay. The plumber came back early the next day, apologized for the error, corrected the hot/cold and stopped the drip. I'm probably being a little generous with the 'B' grade, but I was happy with how Cellino handled my complaint and fixed the problem.

Quick, honest, prices are in a book, no game playing, great experience, highly recommend

Had a toilet that was continuously running. Called them to either repair or replace. They sent two men. After their inspection, they said that they could fix the problem, but would not recommend repair because they couldn't be certain that the repair would last for any length of time. They recommended replacement of the toilet and gave an estimate of $700.00. When I remarked that a new toilet at Home Depot or Lowe's cost $200 or less, they at first said that jthe toilets at these places were not up to their standards. Then they simply said that $700.00 was their price. We paid them for the service call and had another person install a toilet (Kohler for $199.00) for $75.

They were excellent. They were pricey but they were really worth the price. They were awesome. The plumber who came was so professional; he was awesome. He found the leak quickly and fixed it. He gave us a lot of options on pricing for a new toilet and he was just a classy guy. He was very cordial, very professional and knew what he was doing. He got the work done very quickly and he was great. There hasn’t been a problem ever since. They do a lot of advertising, that is how I came to know of them and one of my friends had used them in the past, who told me they were really good, so I called them. They were very prompt and came over right away. They gave me an estimate; found the problem and fixed it right away, all within a couple of hours. They were great. My wife paid for it, it was somewhere between $800 and $1000 but that included the initial diagnosis, the time, a brand new toilet and the installation of it.

The person who came to my house was very couteous and knowledgeable. He was prompt and thorough. The price was twice that of the company I chose to do the job. I was given a detailed written estimate for the job.
