They don't respect your time, came an hour late after calling them 5 times.

The plumber was very professional as well as Tony Cellino. I had an appointment problem and after meeting with Tony and staff the situation was rectified for the better of Cellino Plumbing.

Though it was expensive I expect it to be. I was very impressed the one man put covers over his shoes. Someone still did track pipe dope on my floor though. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous I think I will definitely use them again if I need to (but my wallet and I hope I won't)

When I needed someone to come and snake my toilet they came right out I was very happy

I called for a sewer backup and within minutes my phone rang. Due to the high volume of calls the appointment was set for 9pm. I was called prior to the arrival of the Tech, given a name and an estimated time of arrival. Luke showed up within 10 minutes of that call. He ran his cables, he ran out of cable and brought in the "bigger" machine with more cable - all to find out that the backup was on the CITY's side (even though the city said it wasn't). Luke did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing and even took the time to help clean up the mess. He was patient, knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend this company.

I have been doing business with Cellino Plumbing for several years. They are always quick to send 1 or more service representatives to quickly take care of my plumbing needs. Ryan has been my mainstay guy for several years. He came this time with Frank who is also very capable. Ryan & Frank worked around my plumbing issues & repaired some parts that were no longer available. They got me up & running. I have always been satisfied with Cellino Plumbing & will continue to use them to fulfill my plumbing needs.

The technician (Paul) was very professional and efficient. They came as promised and on time.

Water heater stopped working on a Friday. Gave Cellino a call Saturday morning and they arrived before noon. Heater was still under warranty, but Whirlpool couldn't ship the part to me until Wednesday. The guys at Cellino were able to find the same part in their shop and had it installed the same day. By Saturday night I had hot water again! Both employees were extremely courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

These guys were great. The previous owner had a hodge-podge of parts and wires... ruined and destroyed most of the unit wasn't working and they gave me an honest answer. We ended up replacing the entire unit and doing it right. The process took a few hours and I had hot water immediately after and still. Very happy with everything. Obviously not their fault for the previous owners issues/mistakes, at least I know the unit works and I don't have to worry about it daily like before. Peace of mind doesn't have a price tag when it comes to your family and home. They didn't crush me on it either. It was relatively inexpensive compared to the cost of all the potential repairs. Thank you again.

Former student showed for the job. Drain is still not running the way I think it should. I do believe the plumbing system has something to do with the situation. Service man was thorough and explanatory.

Installed tankless water heater. Worked 11 hours in one day because they would not leave until I had hot water that same day. They were very professional and courteous. I will never hire a different company again! Thank you Cellino plumbing.

Professional technician, will hire again!

I did hire this company and I have to say it ended up being a big job, I live in an older cabin and the pipe to the septic broke due to tree roots and had to be dug up and replaced. The crew they sent out was very professional and kind the only thing was they put only some of the dirt back into the hold but I can't blame them the may flies were just ask bad that day I didn't even want to be out, bit yes I would use this company in a heart beat.
