CONTRACT SIGNED 10/9/24 FOR WORK TO START 11/11/24. CONTRACTOR CALLED IN SICK 11/11/24. ON 11/12/24 CAME IN 8;15AM /LEFT WORK AT NOON STATING PICKING UP SUPPLIES /CAME BACK AROUND 2PM AND LEFT. WORK FULL DAY 11/13-14/24,ON 11/15/24 WORK TILL NOON /LEFT TO PICK UP HIS NEW TRUCK. 11/18/24 CONTRACTOR WAS ASKED A QUESTION CONCERNING THE ATTIC TRAP DOOR AND HE BLEW A FIT STATING I ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS. CONTRACTOR DECIDED TO PACK UP HIS EQUIPMENTS AND LEFT. AGREED TO REIMBURED $1000.00 OUT OF THE DOWN DEPOSIT BUT CONTRACTOR DECIDED TO BOUNCE MY CHECK. UPON LEAVING MY HOME ON 11/18/24 I REQUESTED THAT HE SHALL NOT LEAVE MY BASEMENT OUTLETS WIRED EXPOSED SINCE HE WAS STARTING TO INSTALL MY TWO FLUORSCENT LIGHT FIXTURES. HE AGREED BUT AFTER HE LEFT I NOTED HE LEFT THE WIRES EXPOSED STILL. BENNY AS OF 11/18/24 DID NOT EVEN REMOTELY START THE JOB STILL AT INFANCY STAGE. CONTRACT STATES 7-10 DAYS. NOW WHERE WOULD THE PROJECT BE COMPLETED IN THAT TIME FRAME. THE HOUSE IS IN TOTAL CHAOS. AND I HAVE LOSE SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY.. BENNY ISA VERY SMOOTH TALKER BUT NOT A WORKER. INITIALLY BENNY PROMISED TWO WORKER BESIDE HIMSELF THAT NEVER HAPPENED. NEVER ON TIME FOR WORK AND ALWAYS LEAVES EARLY. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL / CHAOTIC/ DISARRAY / INEFFICIENT..

Since the weather is erratic or changing & extenuating circumstances the pro was not able to finish the job. However, he called me back and finish the job and the he did an excellent job.

Benny did a great job with interior doors and trim. Highly recommend for any projects around your home! He also helped us clean up our basement when water came in due to heavy rains. He’s a total pro and super easy to work with!

Arben did a ton of work at my home (new beams, new kitchen floor and subfloors, replace outside sliding door) . The previous homeowners left the place a mess and I was so upset at everything that needed to be fixed. I was panicking with it being near the holidays. He made sure the job was done right and done on time. He helped make decisions for our new flooring, and was always on time when we needed him. I trusted him to let himself into our home while we were not home to do the work. I am so glad we ended up using him because he was super professional and reliable. You won’t be disappointed using him for all your property needs.

I had a problem with my kitchen outlets over the July 4th Holiday and I could not get them to work. Benny replied promptly to request for service. Came out the next day at the time he told me he would be there. Made a quick diagnosis of the problem and made the repair very quickly. Very happy that the problem was solved and would recommend him

Bennyâ  s property maintenance has done multiple jobs for me at my home. He was very professional, reasonable, and above all, honest about what was going on within my home. His work stands for its self. Never had to worry about anything. He will always be the one I go too for work on my home.
