Horrible company.... no pick up for 3 months, when I finally called to find out what was going on, there were a slew of excuses... Jan there was snow in front (most snow build up I had was less than an inch) Feb there was a vehicle blocking the dumpster (vehicle was over 4 feet out of the path) and March bc I didn't pay. Was told there were several attempts to contact me (home phone is only number on file and there is ALWAYS someone home....) I have been trying since Dec to get a pick up schedule emailed to me, to no avail... overall, very disorganized and lazy/incompetent/bad (can't drive) drivers... now with all of this, they expect me to pay $390 to continue service... for a service they haven't provided in 3 months...when they were k&d / dependable disposal in wolcott, NEVER had any issue with them, after the buyout/move to Syracuse... nothing but issues

The cost was reasonable. I was very pleased. I have used them seven times already.
Description of Work: I used Morgan Rubbish Removal for garbage collection. They dropped the dumpster off and picked it up.
