The first day, the workers cut partly through my buried TV cable. They taped it back together without saying anything. We discovered our reception was diminished and suspected they had cut it, investigated and found the cut. We thought the boss was less apologetic than he should have been. Time Warner came and replaced the cable without charge. The paver sidewalk is OK, but is not quite as nice as I had expected (though my wife is very satisfied with it). They downhill side of the slate sidewalk is higher than I expected and required some mulching to blend it in. I let him talk me into a kind of tree that I really didn't want. He replaced it with a similar one without argument or charge.
