Description of Work: Prompt and thorough removal of two large tree. Hauled away all wood and mulched branches. Left property clean.

Description of Work: Mr. Landstrom came and gave an estimate for cutting and removing 4 trees and trimming overhanging branches from several other trees. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His estimate was very reasonable. We did not use his service only because another could do it earlier.

Description of Work: The crew of eight showed up in the morning as promised, along with Chris Sandstrom, the business owner. They safely took down a large tree in our back yard, and ground the stump below grade. They trimmed a large maple. They injected an ash tree to treat the emerald ash borer. All the wood was chipped and removed. They left the property clean. Really, it couldn't have been better.

Description of Work: Owner came for estimate. He had a piece of paper in hand where he scribbles his notes or diagram. I told him I had someone stake out the boundary. I wanted one small tree cut down and all the rest of trees on side of house cut back to boundary line that was staked to stop squirrels from getting on roof. |I received a contract in the mail about 6/9/15. Price seem decent as there was not a lot of work to be done. I signed and sent contract back 6/11/15. My Mistake I failed to read his fine print. He does not give a date for work to be done. So it get done when he gets there. Could be 1 month or 6 months. |My calls went unanswered. Emails gave excuses working on storm damage or waiting on UFPO for underground lines. UFPO never came as my underground cables were not staked. Sent another email on 6/12 got reply will show on 6/13. ( 1 month later and several squirrels on roof ) Crew cut tree branches touching house and took down small tree and was going to leave the other branches hanging over line. I told Chris this is not what I requested and he pulls out his pretty picture he drew. After some discussion with Chris they cut the remaining branches back ( 1-2" p**** willows branches) . Total time from arrival to departure 45 minutes. | |This guy was recommended by my landscaper. Bad mistake. |If you do call this company you need to put in writing what you want and a deadline for work to be completed or you could be waiting forever. |

Description of Work: Cut Down and removed diseased 33 yr old pine trees from property and ground stumps.

Description of Work: They removed a small oak, pruned two very large tamaracks and took off the top of a juniper that was too tall. They did a great job and Chris Sandstrom is very knowledgable about the condition of the trees.

Description of Work: Cayuga Tree Service removed four trees and ground down the stumps. Two of the trees were extremely large and very tall.

Description of Work: I was looking to change providers and he was recommended by a friend, He came out in the fall and said he disagreed with my previous service and that he would be back in the spring to trim. I called and left messages at least three times, and actually talked to someone (not him) once or twice and I never heard from him at all. I was very surprised and disappointed, as was the friend who referred me.

Description of Work: Had Cayuga Tree Service take down a very large very old birch tree that was only 10-12 feet from the house. They also cut down a large crabapple tree, ground both stumps and the large roots completely away so we could re-plant in the same areas if we wished plus they pruned the lower branches (up to 15' high) of two large blue spruce trees. Additionally, my wife asked them to cut up and leave a good number of the birch logs for future use in the fireplace as well as for display.

Description of Work: They took down 2 trees, cleared all debris and trimmed the trees nearby. The trimming they did looked very natural. They advised on the condition of surrounding trees suggesting on the removal of one that was almost dead. This they did without much of an increase for their services.

Description of Work: Cayuga has come several times to remove diseased or downed trees on my property, and grind down stumps. The most recent work was following an ice storm in April 2003
