+ -1 moreAfter the first winter side of drive began to crack all the way down one side. I called to have it looked at cracks filled and sealed. The workers came (no boss) when I wasn't home, did not speak with us sealed the drive but did nothing about the cracking! I have called several times over the past two years and keep getting Barb on the phone who doesn't seem to understand that I need someone to look at the drive not just show up and seal it. We paid $3500.00 for this drive I know its 3 yrs now but I have spent two of them trying to rectify this problem.
Description of Work: 132 ft long 10 ft wide drive way replaced.

Description of Work: Provider did NOTHING. He made an estimate appointment and failed to show up! Palmieri blacktop was the first paving provider I contacted. I left two messages before my phone call was returned on Saturday 4/26/14 by Lou, the owner. I told him I had a large drive and wasn't sure if I could resurface or if I'd need a tear out. An appointment was made for Monday evening on 4/28/14. I received a call from his office on Monday morning, April 28 confirming the Monday evening appointment. At 7:30pm I phoned the company and asked if they were still planing to do the estimate since it was getting dark outside. No call back to cancel! No one kept the appointment! I'm reasonable. I know that issues arise, but a phone call to cancel and reschedule should have been made. I phoned another contractor the following day and the estimator came out two days later. A reasonable estimate for the circular driveway and parking area tear out was provided. I received an explanation why a resurfacing wouldn't work as well as the tear out with a new installation. I'm seriously considering their offer. and will post a review after the work is done.

+ -1 moreThese guys recently came to do a job on a neighbors driveway. At one point, they needed water so instead of hooking the hose up to the house they were working on, they decided it would be more convenient to run the water from another homeowner's house. The homeowner was not home, so they did not ask permission and just stole her water. Based upon this indiscretion, I would never hire these guys nor would I trust them. That is just really poor judgement and really bad business. The owner of the company was phoned but he never returned the call personally or extended an apology.

Description of Work: Palmieri Paving & Sealing sealed my blacktop driveway. The driveway is 120 feet long.
