The final product exceeded our expectations!!! John Terzi delivered top quality. His attention to detail, extensive knowledge, superb organization and focused crews resulted in swift completion, precision around the details, a clean worksite and top quality product. John showcased early on that he was a trusted partner - providing guidance on materials, vision on what we could do better or different (we are not creative people so help was needed and very much appreciated!). John was on site every day - he has a strong relationship with each of his crews - many of which have been with him for 20+ years. The coordination and approach to the job was superior. There was not a day of work missed - the sequencing of material deliveries and crew presence was perfect. Each night we came home amazed at how much had been done and how clean the work areas were. We would strongly recommend John Terzi for any size home renovation project. In a day and age where trust, good judgment and integrity is hard to come by, John is a stand out exhibiting all three.
