Same as the other reviews… set up a time to come by, didn’t show up, didn’t bother to call or reschedule. Typical of this type of person… rude, selfish, unprofessional… they have absolutely no respect for anyone else’s time.

After sending them numerous voice mails and emails, he has not gotten back to us.

About as awful as one can be. We scheduled an appointment for 4:45 pm. He did not show up. Left two voicemails and sent a text message. After trying for 45 minutes to reach him, he responded to the text message, saying he mistakenly wrote down the appointment for the following day. When we tried to confirm for the appointed time the following day assuming that it would be open, he called to apologize but said he double booked himself for that time slot. The earliest we could meet then is Wednesday, but he could not commit to that day either. When we responded surprisingly, he abruptly cut us off, told us he did not need the work, has plenty of business, and we should go look elsewhere. He then abruptly hung up. We called his brother-in-law, who was horrified by the feedback. Highly unprofessional behavior for someone who was referred by a family member. Since he doesn't require your business, would suggest you go elsewhere!

We met with Joseph Arcidiacono, the President of the Company. He was fabulous to deal with and was willing to work with us on price and budget (even willing to accept a portion of his fees in trade). The project almost doubled in size and price from the original estimates, as more and more work became evident that needed to be done. From replacing just a portion of the back retaining wall, it became the replacement of that portion of the back retaining wall, replacing the entire side retaining wall, installing a staircase from the main property down to the lower portion of the property (where the retaining wall is) and also installing dry wells in the backyard (since no were installed and that caused the problem with the retaining wall blowing out).Joe always went above and beyond what was required to provide an amazing service. For example, he did concrete work on another portion of the retaining wall (about 10 feet worth) to help support some loose stones. He was super responsive by email about any questions and issues that arose during the project. We would strongly recommend Joe for any retaining wall/masonry work that needs to be done.
