+ -1 moreThe serviceman was friendly, the call was on time, but the cost seemed high to me.
Description of Work: The day after I called for service, the technician arrived at 3pm for arrival as promised between 1 and 4pm. He proceeded to dismantle the dryer and determined the cause of the problem (no heat) to be a faulty sensor, which he provided. He replaced the part, put the machine back in order, and ran the dryer to demonstrate that it functioned well. The service housecall was $60 with parts and labor additional.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE. MY WASHER IS NOW FIXED AND I WAS HAPPY THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE.
Description of Work: MY WASHER NEEDED TO BE FIXED. IT WOULD NOT SPIN OUT ON THE LAST SPIN CYCLE.
